  • Very Charming

"After looking for a centrally located property with some privacy of traveling with two couples, this property was absolutely perfect with each suite having it's own restroom and private patio. Upon arrival we were met by Kitty the property manager who was a sweetheart and took the time to go over the property and answer any questions. Kitty gave us highlights in the area and places we should try and see while visiting Santa Fe as well as how to go about getting there.Everything is easily walkable, so having to drive is not necessary. We can't wait to return to the Railyard House."

  • WOW!

"THIS CONDO WAS INCREDIBLY WELL APPOINTED. THE INTERIOR DESIGN FROM THE PENDELTON BLANKETS AND PILLOWS TO THE FURNTURE WAS AMAZING. NOT ONE DETAIL MISSED! WE WENT WITH ANOTHER COUPLE THAT WE VISIT SANTA FE WITH A COUPLE OF TIMES A YEAR AND WE ALL AGREED THIS WAS THE NICEST TO DATE. THIS ISNT VRBO STANDARD ACCOMODATIONS ....THIS WAS LIKE BEING AT HOME. TWO BLOCK WALK TO RAILYARD DISTRICT AND A FIVE MINUTE DRIVE TO THE PLAZA. FANTASTIC!"

  • A slice of heaven

"You can never get too much of a good thing--so we'll be returning to John's artist retreat for the third time! The home is graciously appointed, roomy and comfortable. The courtyard and fountain are perfect for an end-of-day martini and the neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We like early morning walks on the hike and bike trail around the corner and breakfast at the Counter Culture Cafe at the end of our walk. If I feel like cooking, the kitchen is well equipped and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are nearby. The farmers' market is a 15 minute walk to the Railyard. Rose, who cares for the property, is delightful and attentive. All in all, a perfect base from which to explore Santa Fe and the surrounding area."

  • Real Deal Santa Fe Experience

"Love this place. Our second stay in this great historic adobe home and we could not have made a better choice. My favorite aspect of this property is the "old school" Santa Fe neighborhood that makes you feel you are a local and part of the local scene. Everything is walkable, it's blocks from the plaza amongst a rich and appealing collection of single family homes, condos, and small compounds, South Capitol charms with its architectural diversity. Craftsman bungalows intermingle with Pueblo Revivals, Victorians and Territorials. Kaune’s Neighborhood Market (my favorite food market) and O’horis Coffee, on Old Santa Fe Trail, are an easy walk from the neighborhood’s northern end. Can't wait to return!!!!"
