"This casita was a wonderful and welcoming spot within walking distance (~10/15 minutes) to the central downtown area. We shared the home (which is what it feels like) with another couple and each had total privacy in our individual master suites. We took the king bed suite, which was closest to the kitchen. The king bed shares a wall with the common space, so if you'd prefer more peace and quiet, the bed in the queen suite is further from the common area (it is separated from the living room by the private bathroom). Each suite had an outdoor terrace, and the king suite offered a convenient dressing area (bench & full length mirror next to the small but sufficient walk-in closet). The shower head in the king suite was AMAZING, and there is a small window that allows in natural light -- very relaxing. Sadly, we never used the pool (which is shared by the three units), but it was nice & private, with a larger deck area for socializing. We also felt very welcomed by the owner of the new neighborhood restaurant, Radish & Rye (just a few doors down!) for some delicious bourbon cocktails! The property manager Kitty was very helpful and friendly, and a pleasure to communicate with. If we ever find our way back to Santa Fe, we will definitely stay here again!"

"we loved the casa. It was close to many things and decorated beautifully. I agree about the laundry being loud under the master, but it was nice to have the washer and dryer available. The problem that we had for a few days, was that the gas had been turned off to the fireplace and it was very cold. The property manager sent someone to fix it, but to no avail and the owners were unavailable to call. We turned on the oven and it helped and the guest room had a wall heater that helped them. We moved the electric heater out of the master to help heat the living space and so that left us very cold at night. We worked through it and otherwise had a lovely time."

"Our family of 5 (with high school and college kids) just returned from a week at this lovely home. It is exactly as pictured and we felt like guests in someone's home rather than a "rental property" like other VRBO properties we have stayed in. We appreciated the local decor, comfortable beds and a private patio area. It was a great place to return to after day trips to Taos, Tent Rock, Albuquerque, Bandalier, and a rafting trip. If we return to Santa Fe we would love to stay here again."

"I have stayed at many wonderful VRBO's and this is by far the most glorious one. It is immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable, spacious and has every thing you could possibly need. It is located in the Railyard District which has a fabulous farmers Market on Saturday and an equally fabulous Artist's Market on Sunday...plus lots of great restaurants. Our favorite was the Tune-Up restaurant down the street. Phyllis who manages the place is superb! From the initial inquiry through the check-out she was so prompt, accommodating, welcoming and a fabulous resource for things to do and local information. On a scale of 1-10 this place and the whole experience was a 15!"
