  • A slice of heaven

"You can never get too much of a good thing--so we'll be returning to John's artist retreat for the third time! The home is graciously appointed, roomy and comfortable. The courtyard and fountain are perfect for an end-of-day martini and the neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We like early morning walks on the hike and bike trail around the corner and breakfast at the Counter Culture Cafe at the end of our walk. If I feel like cooking, the kitchen is well equipped and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are nearby. The farmers' market is a 15 minute walk to the Railyard. Rose, who cares for the property, is delightful and attentive. All in all, a perfect base from which to explore Santa Fe and the surrounding area."

  • WOW!

"THIS CONDO WAS INCREDIBLY WELL APPOINTED. THE INTERIOR DESIGN FROM THE PENDELTON BLANKETS AND PILLOWS TO THE FURNTURE WAS AMAZING. NOT ONE DETAIL MISSED! WE WENT WITH ANOTHER COUPLE THAT WE VISIT SANTA FE WITH A COUPLE OF TIMES A YEAR AND WE ALL AGREED THIS WAS THE NICEST TO DATE. THIS ISNT VRBO STANDARD ACCOMODATIONS ....THIS WAS LIKE BEING AT HOME. TWO BLOCK WALK TO RAILYARD DISTRICT AND A FIVE MINUTE DRIVE TO THE PLAZA. FANTASTIC!"

  • Beata

"The casita was wonderful! Lots of room, very well equipped to the smallest detail, close to everything - the square, stores, restaurants, groceries, etc. Private, with a cozy patio area, easy walk to downtown. Perfect for tuning out, r&r, and as a point to travel from. Perfect for two couples, or two friends who paint together. We highly recommend it and we will be back! Loved it!"

  • Wonderful owner and management company

"We called late on a Sunday night wanting to drive to Santa Fe early Monday morning, Ruth, Jody and Josie were all so accommodating and easy to work with. The condo was in perfect condition, they offered great suggestions, and we even ended up staying an extra day because we had so much fun. We had two families and even though we put all the kids in one room, it never really seemed like it was too small. There is plenty of living space and the kitchen table fit everyone perfectly. There are 3 decks and we were able to spread out and enjoy the time. The condo is beautifully decorated, everything is modern and clean, the beds are comfortable and they even brought in a rollaway bed for the extra kiddo. It is quite a distance from the plaza, about 25 min walking each way, but since it was low season we were able to drive everywhere. We were walking distance from the railyard, but that was not hopping in March, mid-week. We didn't have any problems driving everywhere and we were glad we had 2 parking spaces. Beware that the spaces are small (very typical for Santa Fe...seems like all the car spaces are small). So if you have a large SUV, you may have to plan ahead to find an area big enough to park. We didn't have any trouble, but it was a slow time of year too. I HIGHLY recommend this condo. One last note, the condo is on a fairly busy road, but because of the high brick fence, it didn't interfere with our outdoor patio time. I didn't have any trouble sleeping, but the road noise did bother my husband. He used ear plugs and never had any trouble. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. You can't really hear anything from the first floor due to the fence, but the second floor is a little louder. Nothing too bad unless an ambulance goes by."
