  • Very Nice Home

"Jody is a very nice person has done a great job of decorating and providing the necessities in this lovely home. Would be nice to have a gas BBQ but not a big deal. The laundry access is from the outside and the washer/dryer is situated right under the master bedroom of this unit. Tenants in the other unit on this property also have access to the washer/dryer and were doing their laundry at 10 p.m. one evening. We could clearly hear both the washer and dryer running while trying to sleep. Would suggest that tenants in the other unit be asked to refrain from using the laundry after a certain time."

  • Wonderful owner and management company

"We called late on a Sunday night wanting to drive to Santa Fe early Monday morning, Ruth, Jody and Josie were all so accommodating and easy to work with. The condo was in perfect condition, they offered great suggestions, and we even ended up staying an extra day because we had so much fun. We had two families and even though we put all the kids in one room, it never really seemed like it was too small. There is plenty of living space and the kitchen table fit everyone perfectly. There are 3 decks and we were able to spread out and enjoy the time. The condo is beautifully decorated, everything is modern and clean, the beds are comfortable and they even brought in a rollaway bed for the extra kiddo. It is quite a distance from the plaza, about 25 min walking each way, but since it was low season we were able to drive everywhere. We were walking distance from the railyard, but that was not hopping in March, mid-week. We didn't have any problems driving everywhere and we were glad we had 2 parking spaces. Beware that the spaces are small (very typical for Santa Fe...seems like all the car spaces are small). So if you have a large SUV, you may have to plan ahead to find an area big enough to park. We didn't have any trouble, but it was a slow time of year too. I HIGHLY recommend this condo. One last note, the condo is on a fairly busy road, but because of the high brick fence, it didn't interfere with our outdoor patio time. I didn't have any trouble sleeping, but the road noise did bother my husband. He used ear plugs and never had any trouble. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. You can't really hear anything from the first floor due to the fence, but the second floor is a little louder. Nothing too bad unless an ambulance goes by."

  • A slice of heaven

"You can never get too much of a good thing--so we'll be returning to John's artist retreat for the third time! The home is graciously appointed, roomy and comfortable. The courtyard and fountain are perfect for an end-of-day martini and the neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We like early morning walks on the hike and bike trail around the corner and breakfast at the Counter Culture Cafe at the end of our walk. If I feel like cooking, the kitchen is well equipped and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are nearby. The farmers' market is a 15 minute walk to the Railyard. Rose, who cares for the property, is delightful and attentive. All in all, a perfect base from which to explore Santa Fe and the surrounding area."

  • Very Charming

"After looking for a centrally located property with some privacy of traveling with two couples, this property was absolutely perfect with each suite having it's own restroom and private patio. Upon arrival we were met by Kitty the property manager who was a sweetheart and took the time to go over the property and answer any questions. Kitty gave us highlights in the area and places we should try and see while visiting Santa Fe as well as how to go about getting there.Everything is easily walkable, so having to drive is not necessary. We can't wait to return to the Railyard House."
