"This was the perfect casita! It was well laid out with two master suites; which was great for two couples. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and enjoying meals together. The location was perfect for walking to the farmers market, restaurants, grocery stores, or the plaza. We walked everywhere we went! This home was so comfortable we would gladly live here year round. Kitt, the property manager was a pleasure to meet. She is a valuable resource for the ins and outs of Santa Fe and the surrounding area. The owners made the experience great by being so easy to work with. Thank you! We will be back!"

"The casita was wonderful! Lots of room, very well equipped to the smallest detail, close to everything - the square, stores, restaurants, groceries, etc. Private, with a cozy patio area, easy walk to downtown. Perfect for tuning out, r&r, and as a point to travel from. Perfect for two couples, or two friends who paint together. We highly recommend it and we will be back! Loved it!"

  • A slice of heaven

"You can never get too much of a good thing--so we'll be returning to John's artist retreat for the third time! The home is graciously appointed, roomy and comfortable. The courtyard and fountain are perfect for an end-of-day martini and the neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We like early morning walks on the hike and bike trail around the corner and breakfast at the Counter Culture Cafe at the end of our walk. If I feel like cooking, the kitchen is well equipped and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are nearby. The farmers' market is a 15 minute walk to the Railyard. Rose, who cares for the property, is delightful and attentive. All in all, a perfect base from which to explore Santa Fe and the surrounding area."
