  • wonderful modern home with fabulous views

"This house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. While it is small, it is perfect for 2-4 people. The layout worked well for living away from home. Loved the decor, the bathrooms and in particular the views. Breathtaking. We would come back in a heartbeat."

  • Perfect place to relax

"The casita was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Santa Fe. Walking and hiking trails right outside your door. Neighborhood was quiet and safe away from downtown congestion. Very dog friendly, my pooches had a great time too! Bobbie was extremely accomdating to my needs and made extra efforts to assure I was comfortable and had what I needed. The casita was very well appointed with all the extras you may need, I was surprised to find many basic staples in the kitchen and a wide assortment of spices which made cooking a breeze. I hope I will be able to go back to the casita for another Santa Fe visit soon, it was perfect!"

  • A slice of heaven

"You can never get too much of a good thing--so we'll be returning to John's artist retreat for the third time! The home is graciously appointed, roomy and comfortable. The courtyard and fountain are perfect for an end-of-day martini and the neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We like early morning walks on the hike and bike trail around the corner and breakfast at the Counter Culture Cafe at the end of our walk. If I feel like cooking, the kitchen is well equipped and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are nearby. The farmers' market is a 15 minute walk to the Railyard. Rose, who cares for the property, is delightful and attentive. All in all, a perfect base from which to explore Santa Fe and the surrounding area."

  • Christmas in Santa Fe

"Wanting to spend Christmas in Santa Fe and be able to bring our pets, we were really fortunate to find the property known as Sunflower Southeast. The rooms are done in a warm southwestern style; they are well appointed and the JennAir appliances in the kitchen made this a terrific and fortuitious choice. The kitchen was perfect and we were inspired to taking some cooking classes at the Santa Fe School of Cooking! The property managers were very responsive and kept us in firewood. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an attractive property in a great location. We would certainly return."
