"This charming storybook cabin offers a magical retreat that aptly confirms New Mexico as the true "Land of Enchantment." After daily excursions to places such as Bandelier, nearby pueblos, or the museums, shops, restaurants, and art galleries of Taos and Santa Fe, we always looked forward to the comfort and quiet of this beautiful cabin. Constructed of found and repurposed materials, decorated with Navajo rugs, art work, and comfortable furniture, it reflects the creativity, imagination, and good taste of the owners. We look forward to another visit and would highly recommended it as a vacation destination."

"My husband and I stayed in Santa Fe for a long weekend in mid October. The casita was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and more. Great location to walk anywhere. We walked to the Farmer's market on Saturday morning and it was awesome. We were able to have lazy mornings on the private patio then off on foot about town. We will definitely stay there again when back in town. Could not have been better!"

"Our family of 5 (with high school and college kids) just returned from a week at this lovely home. It is exactly as pictured and we felt like guests in someone's home rather than a "rental property" like other VRBO properties we have stayed in. We appreciated the local decor, comfortable beds and a private patio area. It was a great place to return to after day trips to Taos, Tent Rock, Albuquerque, Bandalier, and a rafting trip. If we return to Santa Fe we would love to stay here again."

"This was our second trip to McKenzie House and already looking forward to planning a third visit next year. Convenient location (walked almost everywhere), enjoyed patio, fireplace, and hot tub. Thank you!"
