  • A perfect couples' getaway

"My wife and I stayed in this charming little casita for our honeymoon. Mark was very helpful and always happy to answer any questions we had about the area. The house was comfortable and came with a lovely view of the mountains and the city from the upstairs deck outside. Possibly the best part about the place is that it's located only a block from the Plaza. The grocery store was the only place we found we needed to drive to as just about everything else we wanted to see and do was within just a few minutes of walking distance. I would whole-heartedly recommend this casita and would be happy to return for a second stay upon my next trip to Santa Fe."

  • Fine Base for Santa Fe Activities

"Another couple joined us for our week in Santa Fe and we found this to be a great way to visit. First up: a great location: either an easy walk to the Plaza/downtown or a quick drive to the highway up to the opera & Bandelier or down to Albuquerque. (Getting across town to Museum Hill wasn't bad, either. At least when we were out & about, Santa Fe was easy to drive around.) Inside, the living room was comfy enough (we never turned on the TV—not what we came for) and the kitchen was well-enough equipped (tho we did little more than coffee or uncorking wine). Bathrooms nice, a notch shy of awesome, (ALSO something we weren't focused on), the beds big & comfy. As the description says, there is NOT an AC that you can turn down to “FREEZE.” One of us was delighted by that; the rest of us were quite OK with inside temps that were usually around 75℉. Electronics were a bit of a disappointment. Wifi was on the slow side, and first-time login was somehow awkward. I don't think Netflix or videos would've been an option. And I wished there had been a stereo w nice speakers to plug in my iPod. But again, we didn't come to spend our time glued to our electronics! All the checkbox points were as expected: clean, functional, pics accurate, good info about the property & initial thoughts of places to eat, etc. Very slight, but friendly contact w owner & maintenance person. Bottom line, we've already bookmarked the place and the adjacent cottage for consideration for our next visit."

  • Best VRBO Ever

"My wife, two young children and I loved this place. We actually stayed here twice in one month. A fast 20 minute drive north of old Santa Fe, the Casita provided exactly what our family needed, a rural setting within minutes of the city. Comfortable, affordable, clean, privacy, farm animals the children could feed, mountain views, around the corner from a nice winery and tasting room and the nicest owners you could hope for! We would stay here again in a heartbeat and already have!"
