"We have never had a more homelike vacation rental. It was a charming place. First and foremost, the Casa was spotlessly CLEAN. The kitchen was stocked with several sets of lovely dinner and glassware; not just the usual set of four basic pieces. There was not a single kitchen item we needed that was not there. We loved that the office provided nice privacy between the two bedrooms and baths (great for two couples). The beds were so comfortable my husband checked out the mattress to find out the manufacturer! Unfortunately due to cool weather we were able to enjoy the outdoor seating area only on two days. We especially enjoyed having a gas grill and grilled out every night. As stated it is only three blocks to the center of Santa Fe. We parked the car and did not move it other than for day trips out of town. Rita and Tom were very gracious. They met us at the Casa to give us the keys and a tour of the Casa. They were available by phone for any questions and Rita was very helpful with suggestions for shopping. All in all this was the best VRBO rental we have ever had. The location, amenities, cleanliness and charm make it a standout!"Guest: J.T. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 18, 2014View listing
"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful, spacious and provided all the necessities. However, I was very disppointed that there was no hot tub. When we booked, I specifically requested one. The pictures and the description stated there was one at the rental property. I know we booked early, but it would have been nice for the rental company to inform us that it had been removed and allow us the opportunity to change rental locations or lower the rental fees. The community pool had also been dug up and consisted of a big hole in the ground. We were looking forward to these features for relaxation at the end of each day after touring and shopping."Guest: Cheryl S. Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 14, 2014View listing

"Three adults stayed here for four nights. Photos of the casita do not do it justice -- it is furnished in the best taste of "Santa Fe Style" and with charming and whimsical art. Whistle clean and provided everything guests need without being cluttered. The location is perfect for touring the historic district. Great book collection is a bonus for relaxing. We'll book again!"Guest: Bandana Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 8, 2014View listing
