"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time with friends. Property met and exceeded our expectations. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown. Quiet, serene, great views. We had one minor fix it issue, and it was solved quickly. Management and staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommend."Guest: Cathy T. "This great casita, in a perfect location, JUST two blocks from historic downtown, yet far enough away to feel peaceful, was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to introduce daughter to New Mexico. A patio out front and deck out back served us well when we wanted somewhere to sit outside (which we did every night and most mornings). Morning walks to Hilltop Park (get the cardiovascular system going). Walk to and along Canyon Road. We drove to the Railyard and Saturday market (MUST) but could have walked safely. The house itself is well-equipped and clean. We wanted for nothing. This is the third Colorful Santa Fe house for our family and friends. We will always seek them out when staying in the area again. Don't hesitate. It's worth the little extra."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 6, 2014View listing

"Wonderful townhouse with plenty of room for 4-6 people. We were able to walk to the Plaza and many other places. Very close driving distance to everything we wanted to see. It is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. We would definitely stay again."Guest: Mary N Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 28, 2014View listing

Today, it is a secluded garden which is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Shopping in Santa Fe gives you the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind items such as art, turquoise jewelry and silver. Native American pottery and crafts are in abundance as well. The Palace of the Governors which is located on the Plaza is provided for the exclusive use of the American Indian artisans. See the Santa Fe Area by car When you Stay at Santa Fe Lodging
There are several day trips by automobile that you can take when staying in Santa Fe homes. The Santa Fe Scenic Byway follows SR 475 through Little Tesuque Canyon to Hyde Memorial State Park. It continues all the way to the Santa Fe Ski Area. If you are planning on taking the entire loop, a four-wheel drive vehicle is suggested as some of the roads are not paved. The Turquoise Trail is on SR’s 14 and 356 which are close to the Sandias. You will see great mountain views, some ghost towns, and thick forests of pine and aspen.
