  • Cozy & Comfortable!

"This was an excellent rental for our mini ski vacation. The Quail Ridge is close to the Ski Valley and to excellent shopping/dinning in Arroyo Seco. The morning mountain views are fabulous! The condo is clean, cozy, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The bed and the pull out sofa are very comfortable. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect, a great value for a Taos Get away- we will stay there again."

  • Cozy home for Taos Ski Trip

"First of all, kudos to Kitty and Joe, the very hospitable owners of the property. We had the privilege of meeting Kitty the day of our arrival. She is so friendly and helpful that it made our visit worry/hassle-free. Santistivan Hacienda was a wonderful cozy place to return to after a full day on the slopes. The "L-shaped" home is located on a quiet dead-end street very close to the plaza. We were 2 couples with 2 children and the house offered plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with more than adequate amenities. Although the center of the action was the kitchen, the living room was a nice place to relax on the couch and watch TV. The heated floors made the house warm and comfortable after skiing in Taos Ski Valley which was about 25-30 minutes away. Best of all, was the hot tub which was enjoyed by all especially under the clear night sky. It was perfect! In addition, the weather allowed us to sit outside and the use the patio. The photos are accurate and the property was clean and well-maintained. We truly loved the ecclectic quality of the home and look forward to coming back. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!"

  • A perfect jewel

"This little guest house in Ranchos de Taos is a gem. It has everything you would want for a quick (or extended) getaway. Whether for skiing, sightseeing, relaxing or a romantic interlude, this is your place! Everything was as described by the owner in the overview. And, by the way, the owner, Burt, is exceptionally welcoming, sharing his wealth of knowledge of the area, the enjoyment of his extensive art collection, his salad garden, as well as his warm hospitality. We came up from Albuquerque for the Wool Festival, and while that was wonderful in itself, we enjoyed just hanging out in the Guest House with a fire in the kiva."

  • Great space for a Taos Get-together

"As others have noted, this house is much larger than it appears in the pictures. There is plenty of space. There's a tricky step down into the back portion of the house that might be hard for people with mobility issues. We had a great stay. It's walking distance (0.5 miles or so) from the Plaza and less than a block away from a grocery store, so we were happy campers."
