"We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and has been well maintained. Comfortable furnishings and attractively decorated. Within walking distance to town. The kitchen has everything that you need. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. A home from home. We will recommend this vacation home to our friends."

"Staying just outside of Taos at the Casita was perfect. It's quaint, charming and very comfortable. The kiva fireplaces are fabulous and the tile work in bathroom and kitchen is beautiful. The area is quiet with beautiful views. Perfect place to relax. Wpuld definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time at The Skies@Taos. The photos do not show the vast expanse of space in the house and picture perfect views of surrounding mountains from almost every cardinal pt.
We used four of the five bedrooms as we had two/three other couples stay with us several days during our week. We had several evening cookouts on the patio using the outdoor gas grill. There's also a charcoal grill (old school). We did not fire up the kiva fireplace, but it looks nice in the corner of great room(~25x30x12).
A week prior to visit Brook sent us almost a dozen emails with precise directions, history, events, dining etc. We went white water rafting on Rio Grande in August. River was running only 350cgs instead of 1500, so it was a Disney style slow mostly lazy river 2.5hr morning. Nearby Taos Mesa Brewery became our go to hangout for beer and live music. We also enjoyed several fine restaurants in downtown, about 10min by car.
After over 30years of visiting SW, we finally saw the 90th Burning of Zozobra in Santa Fe, usually labor day weekend. Any history buff would be very very impressed as we were. We would highly recommend this house for R&R, artistic, spiritual, and environmentally conscious (Earthship project is 20min away) people.

"This was the second time we stayed at Adobe de Estrellas. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect for us. I can walk to tennis courts at Quail Ridge, it is a short drive to afternoon ice cream at Taos Cow in Arroyo Seco, hiking in the ski valley is nearby, and the town is 10 mins away. And after all that there is the hot tub. We hope to return."
