"Spent Month of May at "Sandia Heights Patio Home" and can recommend without reservation! Spacious, nicely furnished, fantastic location & on a practical note - most household supplies, linens, and kitchen needs generously provided. Comfortable beds and amazing storage & closet space! East & West Patios, oversized garage and a gas fireplace were just a few of the strong "extras". Hosts provided a wealth of information on the area. Very helpful. As for Albuquerque - we loved it. Our location allowed easy access to parks, shopping, Old Town, dining & museums. We were within view of the Sandia Peak Tramway - a must. Also, don't miss the Elena Gallegos Park. Closeby & offers a variety of trails suitable for either a casual walk, or, for the more adventurous, a challenging wilderness exploration. "Land of Entrapment" really should be the state's motto. We were reluctant to leave and anxious to return."

  • Best House Ever

"Four of us stayed at this lovely home and had a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was not only close to the plaza, but very peaceful and quiet. The property is lovely, was spotlessly clean, and a FUN place to stay....great entertainment room and open kitchen, lovely patio. Bedrooms and baths were luxurious. Not to mention great AC. We would all stay here again, happily."

  • Very Nice Place to Stay

"My family and I have stayed here twice. It is very nice place to stay for the price. The owners are awesome to work with and respond quickly to emails. We do plan on staying here in the future. You can not go wrong with this condo."

  • Great Place for Multiple Families

"We stayed in this house with another family so had four adults and two children overall. Let me start out by saying the owner was very attentive. He gave us a tour of the home on the first night and texted me the next day to ensure all was well. He even let us stay a little later on checkout day knowing that our flight was late in the afternoon. He also provided a drawer full of brochures and maps that were helpful for getting around town and deciding what to do. The house itself is a little quirky, but charming. It is obvious that there was an original house that has had additions put on, which means that there are several small steps or grades to get around the house and the stairs to the loft are pretty narrow. That is not a negative, just an observation. Because of this setup, my husband's and my bedroom was on the opposite side of the house as the other couple's, which gave us an even greater feeling of privacy even though we were all in one house. My friend really loved reading in the sunlight of the loft. The boys really loved the woodburning stove in the backyard and we used it to make s'mores. The house has some minor cosmetic damage, but nothing that couldn't easily be overlooked. There were plenty of linens provided and the towels were very plush and thick. Overall, it was very clean, spacious, and a short drive to shopping and downtown. We would stay there again."
