  • Nice place

"This is a beautiful home with a lot of room and great views close enough to the plaza to access it easily but with far enough away from downtown to enjoy the quietness of the country . We did have a problem with the stove though. The electronic igniter stays on and keeps clicking, if we unplugged it as suggested the clicking stops but only one burner stays lit. Also, some of the dvd's at the house were scratched so it was very hard to try to watch the movie. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay."

  • Great Skiing Vacation

"The house is very nice. The circle driveway allows plenty of room for parking. The house is large and has 3 single beds, 2 sofa beds, 2 queen beds, and a fairly large couch that was used as a bed. The house is perfect for two families because of the two bedrooms for the adults and the downstairs, including the 3rd bedroom, for all of the kids. The fireplace was great and all the wood you'll need is stacked and ready to go. The house is very close to the ski slope as described on the listing. It was great!"

  • Mi casa es su casa!

""Mi casa es su casa" or "My house is your house" is a common phrase in Spanish that is used to invite someone into your house and allow them to make themselves at home and that is exactly what we found at Capital Casa. A party of 7, ages 15-65, this was our home away from home for 9 days. The house was conveniently located in the heart of Santa Fe and we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, grocery store and the farmers market. On days that we took adventurous outings, Capital Casa was with in an hours scenic drive of where ever we were going. Capital Casa was very roomy and well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and spices. We started our mornings out on the front porch with coffee and ended our day in the same spot with a glass of wine. I want to say that the pictures online, as nice as they are, do not do the house justice. It is decorated with fine art and antiques, comfy furniture and outfitted with fine linens and towels. It is really a wonderful place to stay. Gorgeous bathrooms.....we absolutely loved it there! Thank you Kristen and Debbie!! We had a fabulous vacation!"

  • Taos Penthouse

"The Penthouse is in a great location. Everynight after skiing we would walk to dinner at several of the great restaurant around the area. It is in a very central location. The Penthouse was large and roomy and more than enough room for the 3 of us. It is clean and comfortable. Every morning we would watch the sunrise and in the evening watch it set. Wonderful views from the penthouse. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to get back there sometime soon!"
