  • Great time!

"This was by far one of my favorite vacations! The house was beautiful and inviting. We felt right at home. The skiing was great, and so close to the house. We made some wonderful memories! Thanks!"

  • Amazing property - great for our mini reunion of 10!

"Overall we were just totally impressed and very pleased with the property! The pictures just do not do it justice – it looked great online - but it is really stunning to see it in person. The furnishings and décor (in the main house especially) are really top notch – very warm and comfortable and easy to live in. The kitchen(s) were all very well stocked with really nice dishes, cutlery, knives, serve ware, cooking utensils and pots and pans... and plenty of wine glasses of all shapes and sizes. The amenities were top notch and we loved having a private bathroom for every bedroom! We were a group of 10 and this property really was a great fit for us: My husband and I stayed in the Guest House, my sister and her family (2 adults and 4 older kids) plus my parents stayed in the Main House. It was great to have a master suite downstairs for my parents... they were just "wowed" with the luxury...and had enough distance from everything and everyone if and when they needed it. We all had plenty of room and being a mom of 4, my sister was ecstatic about laundry rooms upstairs and downstairs! The layout of the house & guest house really lends itself to a variety of activities, keeping people separate to do their own thing, yet easily connected thru a doorway or short walkway. The location is really great - driving into Santa Fe was a snap, yet it felt very rural and secluded. We took advantage of having a wood fire going most nights which made our little getaway feel like we were at our own private ski lodge. Very relaxing! Both the owner and the management company were incredibly nice and easy to work with - I would highly recommend both for anyone traveling to Santa Fe or surrounding area. We would love to stay here again in the future!"

  • Canyon Road Adobe

"When traveling, we prefer vacation rentals over hotels and this is one of the loveliest places we have stayed. The Adobe is comfortable, beautifully decorated, secluded yet convenient, and very luxurious. We are looking forward to staying again."

  • Could not have been better!

"I had the pleasure of staying in this little casita for two weeks this fall. The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was completely equipped, and there was even a laundry room with washer and dryer. The thick adobe walls of this old house created a feeling of security, safety and comfort. Even though the house is nearly 100 years old, it is well maintained and obviously loved, having been in the family for generations. The location was quiet, nestled near the Rio Grande and surrounded by mountains; yet it was relatively close to urban centers as well (Espanola, Taos, Santa Fe). Tom and his wife were warm, friendly hosts and made our stay there special -- for example, our very first discovery upon entering the house was a plate of freshly picked tomatoes and grapes from their garden! They gave us all the time, space and privacy we needed yet were always available to answer any questions we had. Tom even took the time to introduce us to some of his artistic neighbors and to show us some of the sights in the area. By the time we left, I felt we had made new friends. This is definitely a place I will visit again."
