  • Absolutely Perfect!

"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. We are a family of 4 from Austin, Tx(with 2 kids ages 11 and 14). This property is truly a perfect retreat in every aspect. The location is perfect, and the property itself is very spacious, very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by upscale homes and beautiful views to the mountains. We are picky world travelers and have stayed in many rentals not only in the US but around the world and I must say that this property is among the top on our list. The owner was very professional and prompt in getting our reservation. We would strongly recommend it for all type of travelers!"

  • Satisfied Customer

"This was the rare rental where the property was much better in person than the photos on the internet. Great star shows from the porch on the roof. Convenient hot tub. Short commute to ski area and hiking trails. Fireplace with tons of wood. Big kitchen, fully equipped. Beds are comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches in the decor and supplies from the owner."

  • Winter in New Mexico

"My wife and I spent 3 months of winter here in Las Cruces and found Adobe Casita to be a cosy, quiet and comfortable place to call home. Nancy has decorated the casita with Southwest style and it was like staying in a small, private art gallery. She has supplied all needs for even a long stay as ours. We enjoyed having reliable cable tv, internet and all appliances as well as a gas grill on the spacious back patio. The neighbors were friendly and even had a good dog named Opie who greeted us each day as we set out on our walks about the nearby streets. Lots of space for a 1 bedroom casita and even a large walk in closet next to the bedroom which has a king bed. The casita is well situated for walking to the farmer's market on Main Street and to the local library. A community center within a 5 minute drive had pools and a well equipped gym with many exercise machines available for seniors at $1.00 per day. Nancy had a guide book listing all the sites to see in and around Las Cruces as well as a little library with books and magazines about New Mexico. I should mention that train tracks are within a few blocks and the occasional train passes by but we did not find that to be a problem. We really appreciate all the care that Nancy provided to us and would recommend this casita to family and friends. Although we go to a different place each year to escape a harsh Canadian winter we hope to stay here again."
