  • Perfect our small family

"We enjoyed a great time in Taos! We fished and went skiing and came home to comfy Casita Montoya. We enjoyed sipping our glass of wine in the nice backyard while watching our daughter and our dog enjoy the yard. My daughter was just thrilled to have her own private loft. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but yet we were super close to the plaza. Every amenity you could need was at the Casita."

  • March rental at the Railyard.

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally was a great spot. Location was spot on with access to the plaza and Railyard areas. Only criticism we had was with the seating. The couch was extremely uncomfortable as were the wicker/leather chairs."

  • Way Beyond Expectations;))

"We had a wonderful time at The Skies@Taos. The photos do not show the vast expanse of space in the house and picture perfect views of surrounding mountains from almost every cardinal pt. We used four of the five bedrooms as we had two/three other couples stay with us several days during our week. We had several evening cookouts on the patio using the outdoor gas grill. There's also a charcoal grill (old school). We did not fire up the kiva fireplace, but it looks nice in the corner of great room(~25x30x12). A week prior to visit Brook sent us almost a dozen emails with precise directions, history, events, dining etc. We went white water rafting on Rio Grande in August. River was running only 350cgs instead of 1500, so it was a Disney style slow mostly lazy river 2.5hr morning. Nearby Taos Mesa Brewery became our go to hangout for beer and live music. We also enjoyed several fine restaurants in downtown, about 10min by car. After over 30years of visiting SW, we finally saw the 90th Burning of Zozobra in Santa Fe, usually labor day weekend. Any history buff would be very very impressed as we were. We would highly recommend this house for R&R, artistic, spiritual, and environmentally conscious (Earthship project is 20min away) people. • Nicest cabin in Ruidoso!

"Our family has been to Ruidoso several times for vacations and we have yet to find a cabin we liked as much as this one! The architecture is simply beautiful, as well as the interior and all the details. This house is especially accommodating for large families in need of 4 bathrooms and bedrooms! We loved waking up in the morning and enjoying our coffee while looking at the windows at the breathtaking view. The lot is big enough for outside activities and little children to run around and play. This is a dream house and our favorite family vacation spot!"
