"This place is great, and you really can't beat the location. There is plenty to do; whether you want to hang out in the house, the downtown area, or if you are up for some adventure. It really is just a short walk to main street, or a short drive to numerous trailheads. There is also plenty of off street parking. The living room with the fire place was a great area for our group of old college friends to sit around and tell stories from back in the day. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need. We prepared a great meal for everyone the night we arrived.
Thanks again Chris for sharing your place with us."

"This was the perfect place to relax! We had so much fun playing in the lake, which was warm enough for my 2 year old, who gets cold easily, to enjoy. The sandy beach really helped her as it made it much easier for her to play in the water...the dog had a blast too! The cottage itself was better than expected. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quite spacious. All of our questions were addressed right away. The toys, paddle boat, and canoe were great to have. There was a row boat too though we didn't have a chance to take it out...next time.;o)"

"We rented the Bay Pines for 3 days, it was quite a cozy stay for 5 people, the beds could be more comfortable, waking up every morning with the breathtaking view of the sun reflecting on the lake and the light bouncing on the colorful trees of autumn. The camp is not far from a nice hiking spot to get to Pharaoh Lake. We really enjoyed our weekend, we would recommend anyone who wants to have a nice stay to go to Brant Lake!"

"The house and lake are very nice, just as described. Karen was very easy to work with and very helpful in making our vacation pleasant. The kayaks provided were very nice. We used them quite a bit, but the lake is so big you really need a motor boat to explore it. The water quality was good for swimming but the bottom was silty which bothered us getting into the water. All and all I would recommend our stay."
