"Overall wonderful experience at this cabin; it's absolutly beautiful! Exceeded our expectations (the pictures didn't do it justice) the detail in all the wood work and decor is so homey and unique. Being a group of 10 ranging in all ages everyone greatly enjoyed their stay! We each had a very comfortable bed to sleep in and pleanty of room so we didn't feel ontop of each other. The group of guys we were with went hiking through the property and found large ponds that they fished on. We had a nice bonfire with chairs already provided. Lots of room for us to set up bad mitten and outdoor games. Just a short drive to the busy lake George life. We loved that fact that we were secluded and not ontop of neighbors. Amy left detailed instructions around the house for us to follow or if we needed anything. Very happy with our stay and looking forward to coming back again!"

"We were looking for a last-minute long weekend spot and happened upon this rental. We couldn't have been happier! From the start, working with the owners was a pleasure and very professional. When we arrived late night, lights were on, and the space had been warmed up for us. And what a gem of a place it is! Extremely clean and perfectly appointed with modern, comfortable amenities. Location was superb for us as we could easily walk to Liquids & Solids, Lisa G's and Chair 6 - had it been slightly warmer we would have walked to Mirror Lake as well. It was the perfect launching pad for all our adventures and we're already thinking about our return trip."

"Don't know where to start! The house was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, I'm talking clean like we were the first people who ever discovered this place. It was very nice to have everything you could ever need from fresh linens to every kitchen gadget, brand new grill, wifi, washer/dryer, to kayaks, floats, life vests, etc.... This was a very nice escape from the madness that lake George can become but close enough that if you decide to venture out its convenient. Sixflags, Martha's ice cream, and glen falls are all around the corner, but you'll soon realize as we did that there really is no reason to leave! Many nights were spent lakeside by the fire pit watching the stars and lake. Days consisted of kayaking, fishing, swimming on the sandy bottom lake front, and drinking many a cold adult beverage on the lake front lounges! Ospreys have a large nest next door and they are quite the sight to watch grab more fish than me or any of my group could catch on rod and reel! All in all not a single complaint, met owner and she's a doll, super accommodating! Can't wait to return for this new family tradition!"

"This house exceeded my expectations! It was very roomy, clean and beautiful! We had our 4 children ages ranging from 21-26 along with our daughters boyfriends and this place was perfect for us all eight of us with plenty of room for everyone. The pictures definitely did not give the house justice. As soon as we came up the stairs and around the corner into the living room we all had the "WOW factor!"
The only negatives I would give is that the pots and pans are old and the non-stick worn off which made making eggs difficult. Additionally, with the bedroom windows open we heard noise from the town late into the night and although the location was great being in town, there was no easy way to walk from the town to the house without walking up a steep hill which was a bit cumbersome, especially for us "older" folks or if anyone has any joint ailments.
Other than that the place was turn key and had everything we needed. (As a side note we had to laugh as the kids actually enjoyed putting together the 1000 piece beer puzzle and we had trouble tearing them away from it to go out - they did complete it too by the way!) Overall we had a fantastic vacation and would highly recommend this place! The kids along with us, were all blown away with the house and we all had a blast!"
