"This is a wonderful place for a couple. Very well appointed and comfortable. (The open floor plan makes it less suitable for a family.) The home is situated on the quiet east side of Lake George where the view is spectacular and the setting is away from the hubbub of Lake George Village. The nearby beach is lovely and the Par 3 golf course is a bargain and fun for the amateur golfer. We enjoyed area hiking and kayaking. The owners, Bruce and Susan, are very friendly and have decorated the cabin in a very memorable way. We definitely recommend this location for those seeking a quiet getaway."

"Upon arrival, we immediately fell in love with this property. A spacious floor plan and ample amenities made it ideal for a group of 7 that included two pre teens. Its just a short walk to the main strip and even closer to our favorite Lake Placid restaurant, Liquids and Solids. It's also a very short bike ride to the Lucci/Logger mountain bike trails near the golf course. Despite being in the village, the location feels very remote. The pond level was high so we were able to paddle all the way up past the fire hall. The decor and woodwork gives you an ADK feel, but isn't over the top. The WiFi is a plus, and the kids loved the sauna. One day it rained the entire day, but the floor plan was set up so well, no one felt cramped. Our goal was to stay outside the entire trip biking, hiking, paddling and fishing, but if you want to stay in there is plenty of room for that as well. I would recommend this house to anyone."

"The photos do not do this home justice. This luxury rental has everything! It is super clean and the amenities are amazing. The property manager, Susan, was so professional and helpful. The location is great. The property overlooks the beautiful Sagamore golf course. My husband played twice! We also walked right over to the Club Grill for dinner. Town is just a short drive down the hill. We will definitely book this home again and I highly recommend this rental."

"Very comfortable and convenient accommodations. Everything was a-ok. We appreciated that the kitchen was outfitted with decent quality knives -- a rare treat compared to most rentals.
Location is excellent. Quiet sport that's quite literally seconds to town, and a short drive to Whiteface. Highly recommend Liquids & Solids, the cheffy pub just around the corner."
