"My family of 5 stayed at the Four Seasons for the past week. It exceeded our expectations. Owner John was great to deal with, he made the whole process easy. You will not be disappointed, the pictures on the site are accurate and actually don't do it justice. Way roomier than we thought, and they thought of everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed renting kayaks from Tickners which was within walking distance. Everything you would want in town is an easy walk, kids enjoyed walking to get ice cream. On our one rainy day we took the kids to the Strand to see the Minion movie. We had a family of 4 deer visit the backyard daily, the kids loved seeing them. We also found Nicks Lake beach to be great, and we kayaked there too. The beach in town is clean and has an awesome ship for the kids to play on with slides, steering, port holes and more. Fishing off the dock on the property was a favorite daily activity for my son. Thanks John for sharing your home with us, we will always have fond memories of our time there. We hope to visit again."

"The home and property are beautiful! More important the home is comfy...lovely sofas and chairs, comfy beds with high quality linens, a large table to for your family, large decks to relax on and enjoy the view. The best thing about this property if you have small children is that the lake is shallow and clear for about 50 feet from the shore. It was perfect for our children who were 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. They spent hours taking trips out to the rock, floating in tubes, jumping off the dock and just having a blast in the lake. The 5 and 6 year old mastered the kayaks, what a thrill. The adults enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and evening, hanging on the dock, playing games around the big table after the kids went to sleep and peacefully kayaking around the lake. We had a fun and relaxing vacation. A bonus was the fourth of July fireworks, they were awesome! Judie is very helpful with any question you may have, she really likes to make sure you have all that you need. The paper goods she supplied were a big help. We will be back!"

"La maison est spacieuse, confortable et propre. Le terrain jouxte une large ferme équestre ce qui donne une magnifique vue dégagée sur les montagnes . Peggy fut disponible et très accommodante.
La localisation est parfaite à 2 min du village est très proche d'une multitude de randonnnées pédestre.
Nous y retournerons certainement."

"We booked the forest cabin for a one night weekend getaway. It was just two of us and being from Manhattan, we didn't know what to expect and weren't too prepared for camping, but we had amazing stay as the Forest Cabin had everything we could possibly need. Despite no electricity or running water at the cabin, the main house is a short walk away where you could use a flushable toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and extremely organized, and the "kitchen" was well-equipped with a grill, sink, pots & pans, flatware, paper plates, etc. We had a cozy stay and awoke to only the sound of birds chirping. Karen was a great host - so sweet and accommodating. We plan on returning soon."
