"It wasn't a great weather week but the house was as cozy as always and utensiles, pots and pans all seemed updated since last year. Placid Views is within walking distance of everything in town including one of our restaurant faves, the Brown Dog, and we took short drives to Interlaken Inn, Cafe Rustica and Chair 6, so we were blissed out by the end of the week. The staff at Adirondack Premier Properties were all friendly and helpful and we hope to return next year."

"I recently stayed here with a group of 6 friends for a Whiteface Ski trip. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable for more than the amount of people that were in our group. The living spaces look even better in person than the photographs. Everyone had their own comfortable bed and there are 3 full bathrooms. There are some great pub style restaurants within walking distance and the center of the village is a quick drive away. The owner was very easy to work with and accommodated our particular needs. I would book the same house again when visiting the area in the future."

"I usually keep my favorite places to myself, but I have to share with you a great souvenir of our journey at Camp Little Pine to give credit where credit is due. For the last 5 years, we rented different houses and lodges at Lake Placid to ski at Whiteface Mountain with the family. No words can describe the breathtaking beauty of the environment at Camp Little Pine. We were anxious to come back after our ski day to gather around the fireplace. Both spacious and cosy, the property definitely met all of our expectations, not to mention the incredible decoration that made our stay even more enjoyable. One evening, we took a 5 minutes’ walk to the Lake Placid Lodge “Relais et Chateaux”. It was enchanting –the starry sky, the whiteness of the snow and an apero at the Maggie’s Pub! We look forward to come back in order to live another magical moment."

"The property is beautiful! We stayed in the hilltop cabin, and the view from up there is gorgeous! The picture does not show it, but the back side of the cabin that faces the mountains/valley has several very large windows. The inside of the cabin was very clean and cozy, and much attention has been given to details. There is a fridge, stove, coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave and sink. The fire-pit outside the cabin was perfect! They had boxes of newspaper and kindling, and a large supply of logs. We roasted marshmellows while enjoying the stars and the view! The toilet and shower are attached to the cabin, and you walk outside the length of the cabin to get to them. This could be inconvenient if it was very cold or rainy, but I actually enjoyed the outdoor shower a lot! The owners are very friendly. The land has been in the family for decades, and there are two cabins and several campsites they make available for guests. I got the sense that they cared more about us enjoying the property than about making money. It was the prefect place to recover from a week of backpacking in the Adirondacks. I highly recommend it!"
