"We stayed in the LCH for 7 nights with a group of 16. It was so amazing! The house is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The lake access for swimming and boating was perfect! Having all the small boats available was really nice too. There aren't even enough words to describe how awesome the "Boat Shack" was for Happy Hour and late night hang-outs. My favorite feature, which may sound weird to some, was the dining room table. Having our entire family around the same table for meals was just priceless to me. Thank you so much for everything!!"

"This house exceeded my expectations! It was very roomy, clean and beautiful! We had our 4 children ages ranging from 21-26 along with our daughters boyfriends and this place was perfect for us all eight of us with plenty of room for everyone. The pictures definitely did not give the house justice. As soon as we came up the stairs and around the corner into the living room we all had the "WOW factor!"
The only negatives I would give is that the pots and pans are old and the non-stick worn off which made making eggs difficult. Additionally, with the bedroom windows open we heard noise from the town late into the night and although the location was great being in town, there was no easy way to walk from the town to the house without walking up a steep hill which was a bit cumbersome, especially for us "older" folks or if anyone has any joint ailments.
Other than that the place was turn key and had everything we needed. (As a side note we had to laugh as the kids actually enjoyed putting together the 1000 piece beer puzzle and we had trouble tearing them away from it to go out - they did complete it too by the way!) Overall we had a fantastic vacation and would highly recommend this place! The kids along with us, were all blown away with the house and we all had a blast!"

"This is a warm, friendly house with a great open floor plan. The upstairs bedroom has awesome bunk beds for the kids and the downstairs bed rooms are clean and comfortable. A highlight is the large central fireplace that we used every night. The house is removed from the main road (route 9) by a long, narrow driveway, giving it a real secluded feel. A small grassy backyard leads to the beach which has nice, deep sand, great for kids (and adults). Lots of beach/water toys, all the buckets, shovels, and assorted sand gear. The water is clear and shallow, mostly sandy/muddy and good for swimming. Other than getting a bit shallow it's a great spot to pull up boats and park at the dock or on the beach. Huge screened in porch and the outdoor shower is awesome. I took most of my showers out there. The kitchen is mostly new and decently appointed, though there is very little in the way of glassware (only 2 actual glasses in whole house - the rest is various kinds of plastic), but everything you need for general family food and drink. The owners are cool people, accessible and responsive, and overall I would highly recommend this place. We would like to come back again."

"Our family chose this cabin as an opportunity to enjoy the Adirondacks and Fish Creek Pond area while getting that Adirondack cabin feel. It didn't disappoint. The dock and decks were widely used by our 4 small children who took great advantage of the swimming opportunities there. Water toys galore as our 8 year old confidently paddle boarded around in the water and took some great rides with dad on the rowboat and kayak. Fishing with the full assortment of equipment made available led to great family memories. The most used area of the cabin property was certainly the adorably screen room. A treasure. Rainy days and evenings before bed led to hours long board games for our family. Just a great place to sit. Plenty of room throughout the 3 levels for guests to spread out. Extremely clean place. Staying there a week was made easy with fully plenty of household amenities and a functional washer/dryer units. Mom also especially loved the table books for great leisurely reading. Another nice touch, its fantastic proximity to Donaldson's store meant we didn't have to travel to town for any grocery needs. If I needed something, I ran over there (just 3 miles away). The cabin was tucked away enough, but not too much. With a family of 6 that is a true gem in itself. And if you want to leave the cabin and tour the area, take scenic drive around Fish Creek our the surrounding Adirondack area. You will have plenty to see and a great place to come rest your head at night. It was a joy to see that the owners clearly love the Adirondacks as much as we did."
