  • Wonderful return visit!

"Just returned from our second, week long, vacation at Camp Pinecone which we enjoyed as much or even more that last year. We traveled over 12 hours to get there and well worth it. Just a fabulous place to relax and unwind. Fabulous lake front setting, comfortable & very well supplied home and lots to do in the area. We especially enjoyed spending time on the lake and hiking on the many trails in the area. Owners great to work with. Highly recommend."

  • Amazing Lakefront Escape!!

"Don't know where to start! The house was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, I'm talking clean like we were the first people who ever discovered this place. It was very nice to have everything you could ever need from fresh linens to every kitchen gadget, brand new grill, wifi, washer/dryer, to kayaks, floats, life vests, etc.... This was a very nice escape from the madness that lake George can become but close enough that if you decide to venture out its convenient. Sixflags, Martha's ice cream, and glen falls are all around the corner, but you'll soon realize as we did that there really is no reason to leave! Many nights were spent lakeside by the fire pit watching the stars and lake. Days consisted of kayaking, fishing, swimming on the sandy bottom lake front, and drinking many a cold adult beverage on the lake front lounges! Ospreys have a large nest next door and they are quite the sight to watch grab more fish than me or any of my group could catch on rod and reel! All in all not a single complaint, met owner and she's a doll, super accommodating! Can't wait to return for this new family tradition!"

  • Family Reunion Fun

"Our family of three generations loved our stay at Huttlinger House. The house was clean, with comfy beds and plenty of clean towels. There were four bedrooms and two full baths in the second floor, and a third full bath on the first floor. Two of our party also spread out into the cozy bedrooms on the third floor. We enjoyed making breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen and eating together in the dining room. We enjoyed evenings in the large living/sitting room. It was an easy walk into town for dinner and shopping in the quaint stores and outlets. We loved that the house is still owned by the children who grew up here; the house is built upon many happy memories. We would definitely recommend Huttlinger House to our friends!"

  • Just the Girls

"Having stayed at Four Seasons before, I knew it would be perfect for a Girls Weekend. It's clean, spacious, with all the amenities. You can walk to the shops. Easy access to the Moose River which we all Kayaked, and did the Train ride back. We cooked all our meals in the great Kitchen, and enjoyed all sitting around the big dinning table chatting. John is great to work with, we will be back again."
