"Thanks Doug & Barb for sharing your beautiful home. We had an awesome week. The location was ideal for our multi-generational group. We hiked, biked, canoed, swam and shopped all the gift shops. We enjoyed a couple of meals out (Stillwater Inn has awesome chowder) and did some eating in too. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. My folks (85 & 89) thoroughly enjoyed your place - especially the daily visits from the deer. We visited the Goodsell Museum and my mom was happy to find some info about the Cohassette Hotel where her mother worked back in 1920. Being avid campers we enjoyed topping most evenings off with a campfire - thanks for having the backyard fire pit. It's a vacation we'll long remember."

"My extended family has been vacationing together for 44 years all over the Adirondacks and into Ontario. As we sat together on the front porch of Moose Lodge (overlooking the beautiful lake and sandy beach) we decided that White Lake Lodges provides the best combination of amenities/activities we've found.
The beach is perfect for small children. Bigger kids love jumping off the dock and raft. The abundance of panfish in the lake ensured all kids caught lots of fish, and my husband proved big ones live there too when he landed a 15 inch large mouth bass. White Lake Lodges provides a fleet of canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards so everyone can get out on the water together. The lake is just large enough for small sailboats, and other families enjoyed jet-skiing and tubing. With all that activity on the lake, it's amazing that loons, merganzers, and king fishers are so prevalent, but they are.
There's also a playground and lawn games to keep everyone entertained. In the evening, you can use the firewood provided and sit around the firepit. For those that like getting into town, Old Forge is close and a great to walk around and shop.
Can't wait to go back next year."

"My Uncles, cousins, brother and sons get together for one weekend a year to connect with each other. This year we stayed at Jim's Adirondack home in Old Forge. I have nothing but great things to say about this home. It was exceptionally clean and big enough for the 12 of us. The area was great for bike riding, canoeing, fishing or just walking around town. We booked the home again for next years get together."
