"We were a group of 11 who spent three nights at Heartsong and had a wonderful time! The house is beautifully decorated, very cozy and comfortable. The house was fully prepared for our arrival. Plenty of space for all of us to sleep and hang out comfortably. The location was perfect. It was so close to everything! Joanna and her Family was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Thanks for a great stay!"

"My family (2 adults, 2 kids) and my parents recently stayed at Bearfoot for 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs! The location of the cabin- at the end of the street- gave that perfect secluded, surrounded by trees, feeling, however it was a gorgeous (short) drive to Whiteface and into Lake Placid. The cabin was modern on the interior, with all the amenities that you need! The layout of the rooms was perfect to give my parents some privacy in the master suite, and our family had the upstairs! The kids really loved having their own room. The rec room in the basement was great for keeping the kids occupied while we cooked dinner (or breakfast). The kids challenged Grandma to many games of ping pong! The outdoor firepit was perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores. We had a great time at Bearfoot and would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"We stayed at Little Peak for a week, our first visit to the Adirondacks, with our primary purpose of hiking and exploring the outdoors. The cabin was cozy and perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was very well-stocked with pots/pans/dishware/knives/utensils, etc., which was exactly what we were looking for as we cooked in more often than we ate out. The front porch/patio was great for eating meals outside. It has great access to Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain, and the high peaks region. The only drawbacks were: no washer/dryer unit, given our length of stay and how dirty we were from hiking; the hot water heater is pretty small so we had to wait 1/2 hour between our showers (which were short) to have enough for both of us; and the spiral staircase takes some dexterity, so anyone who has difficulty with stairs might have trouble with it. Overall, Little Peak was a great fit for our needs and we would love to stay here again if traveling to the area in the future."
