  • The pictures and the description do not do this amazing listing justice!!

"Rented this house for a guys weekend in the woods- hanging, swimming, rafting (which was only a few minutes away), BBQ'ing, and enjoying the fresh outdoors. When we arrived and took our tour of the house, we were in shock! The pictures on the listing do not do this any justice! The house is absolutely beautiful. Every turn you take the homeowners have thought of what you would be need or be looking for. The "Welcome" Letter that was waiting with all sorts of different information about the Island and the house was informative and very helpful. The home was beyond comfortable and definitely large enough for 10! "Buddy"- the Yellow Lab on the island who loves to great everyone, became our friend for the weekend! Such an awesome place with every and any amenity you could've thought of! Not only would I highly recommend this place to all, we have talked about planning on visiting again every few years! It was so relaxing and so much fun! Thank you Najer Realty for the awesome home that you share with others!"

  • A dream place to stay!

"This was the best time ever. The place was huge and super clean. Everything is a short walk away, shopping, restaurants, but having a meal at The condo with a bottle a wine is one of the best solution! Thank you M.Jack for this great vacation, we are already thinking of being back soon."

"We just got back today from our wonderful vacation at this quaint, charming, rustic, beautiful house on the pond. We have 3 kids ages 14-7. They all said this was the best vacation we ever took. They fished everyday and swam in the pond. The pond is very clean and private. The owners have a canoe, row boat, kayak and pedal boat which we all used and loved. It was nice for all of us to disconnect and be together as a family. The house is immaculate! Diane is wonderful! She made me feel like family and wanted us to have a wonderful time. We really had some nice family time. We watch DVDs and played board games. She has a nice selection of movies, CDs and games. The house is about 40 minutes from Lake George, which is nice, but we really spent our time at the house. The kids didn't want to leave. We were all content just to hang out on the pond. We had a fire almost every night. We use VRBO frequently, because it is nice to be in a house instead of a hotel. By far, this was one of the best, cleanest, friendliest, rentals we have stayed at. We got home today and my security deposit is already refunded! I would recommend doing your food shopping before you get to the house so you don't have to leave. If you fish, stock up on bait! The kids caught a ton of bass and sunnies. You also should bring water shoes and bug spray. There is not too much around that is close by, so if you are looking to get away from it all, this is it! However, if you do want to do something, all the main attractions are 30-45 minutes away. This also would be a very romantic get away too. We only went to Lake George once and also did white water rafting, which was fun. We highly recommend The Barn Restaurant, which is about 20 minutes away in Vermont. This is a fantastic place!! The photos and description are exactly what you get and more! Everything in the home is meant to be used. It was nice not to have to bring linens or towels. She also had laundry detergent and paper towels, trash bags, etc. I would highly recommend this rental! Thank you Diane for a wonderful family vacation that we will remember forever!"

  • Family Friendly Adirondack Condo

"We have a family of six so this condo was great.Everyone had a bed. This was the way to go for us instead of staying in a hotel. We did not mind being outside of the center of town. We enjoyed being able to soak in the jacuzzi tub and then relax in front of the fire after our long days of skiing. It was very quiet which was a huge plus! Beds were comfy, condo is very clean and neat and decorated in a wonderful Adirondack theme. We felt at home while we were away from home. We would absolutely stay here again!"
