  • This place is awesome! Great find

"My wife and I have stayed at this great Bay house, right on the water in Sea View, the beach is just 2 blocks up the house, 5min walk to the Ferry, 10min walk to Ocean Beach. You almost feel like you have the beach to yourself, that's why we love Ocean beach!. This house has a large kitchen , open space living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plus, did I mention the guest house? , … Bikes and a wagon to take a stroll thru town.. We do not have one bad thing to say about the property., Prime location and extremely clean. The owners welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and fruit basket.. bringing our family dog was no issue, owner is pet friendly :) If you are looking for a place to relax and disconnect from it all, this is it!"

  • WALK TO THE BEACH

"This contemporary home offered us the best location in the Hamptons. Minutes from the beach, and with heated pool, this home did not overlook any details. Loved the house, pool, and hot tub."

  • Cozy lakehouse

"My girlfriend and I stayed at Tom and Christine's place for a week. It's a reasonably convenient place to stay for a Finger Lakes adventure. We spent our time touring wineries on other lakes and going back and forth between Ithaca. Ithaca, as well as the areas we visited for wineries, were about an hours drive. I'm sure there are closer wineries as well, but the big clusters are on other lakes. The place itself is 4 small bedrooms. It's cozy and had everything we needed to cook, enjoy the lake front, etc. We particularly liked the bonfire pit being directly in front of the water, great for roasting marshmallows, bundled up, looking as the waves roll in and out. The only thing that gave me pause with the reservation was that electronic payments weren't setup. I was really uncomfortable sending a check for the rental amount and the security deposit, but took a leap and did so. Received a check back for the security deposit, so my worries were allayed, but still, shouldn't be a big issue to setup safer payments through this site or airbnb. That said, great hosts, cozy place, lots of bedrooms, and right on the lake. Hard to beat it for the off-season price :)"

  • Our third year and really enjoy it here.

"Generally we stay during ski season but decided to make arrangements to stay in October for a long weekend of golf, zip lining, and festivities. Glad we did! We enjoy staying at this condo because of the location at the base of the slope, it is clean, nicely appointed and has everything we need. Our granddaughters enjoy sleeping on the pull down Murphy bed too. Would certainly recommend!!"
