Recent Capital, Saratoga property reviews

  • As advertised and more

"The house was in impeccable shape and the pool and all the amenities were just cleaned and fully functional. Very easy access to both track and town and the handoff and turnover to the owners were easy...a breeze. A+!"

  • Fine stay in a country home

"The owner was very helpful and communicative with me leading up to our arrival - giving us tips on directions, house amenities and even fun things to do in the area. The house was very clean upon arrival, with clean sheets and plenty of towels to go round. The kitchen was stocked with staple utensils - we made breakfast several mornings (eggs and bacon) and there was plenty of dishware for multiple meals before we needed to wash and reuse. The hot tube was a huge perk and it was great to sit in the tub under the stars, or out on the back porch in the morning sunshine to eat breakfast. The location was not far at all from Saratoga Springs, where our good friend was getting married. It took us about 15 minutes to get in & out of town. We highly recommend Humpty Dumpty for ice cream (they also have delicious non-dairy sorbet flavors!), Maestro's for an upscale dinner (their salmon salad was fantastic) and any bar for karaoke in that downtown strip. Seriously, Saratoga LOVES their karaoke!!!! We were a group of about 10 people of young 30-something couples, but I would recommend this place for a girl's trip, a few families, or another couple's getaway."

  • Son's Graduation at RPI

"We spent a wonderful week here. Our son graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and wanted a place to spend some time after the graduation and celebrate with family. Loved the house, great location, beautiful surroundings and close to many places and activities. Thank you Sarah for sharing your little piece of heaven in the Berkshires. Would love to plan another family trip here soon!"

  • Fantastic place to create new memories

"My family and I travelled from CT and stayed here for 5 nights. What an incredible experience. The house is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are serene, and the view off the porch of the Green Mountains is breathtaking. The place literally has everything you could ask for and more. We went on several side trips locally to pick berries, go fishing, and eat out - everything is easy to access, yet the property is set back on a hill in its own little paradise. Alice is a pleasure to rent from, and was extremely responsive when we asked questions or exchanged emails prior to our trip. I highly recommend staying here...we will definitely return."

Cossayuna Lake Vacation Rentals Are a Little Bit of Everything

Cossayuna Lake vacation rentals afford visitors a unique perspective on the tried-and-true American tradition of visiting smaller towns for summer holidays. Relax in Comfort in Cossayuna Lake Resorts

Take your partner swimming in Cossayuna Lake, or bird watching in the woodlands, and then end your day at a quaint local café. If you prefer, you could cook dinner in your Cossayuna Lake vacation rental rather than dining out every night. When you choose to stay in a private rental, you will be able to live like a local, do a load of laundry and make your own meals to save even more money. When you and your family are ready for some fun, visit the Saratoga Springs History Museum for an educational excursion into the 19th century of New York.

Saratoga Cabins Are Ideally located for Family Retreats

With nearby cities and fun attractions, Saratoga cabins place you and your group in the ideal setting for any kind of vacation that you would like to experience this year.
