Great for a large family reunion!
"We rented 2 of the 3 houses for our large group of 17 children and 31 adults. The houses' location is right between Saratoga and Lake George which was perfect for daily visits to both places. There was ample dishes, flatware and pots for us between the 2 houses. We all ate dinner together in the main room of the larger house every night using the folding tables and chairs. The kids enjoyed the playgrounds which are close enough to view from the decks of the houses. The owner was very quick to respond to any of our inquiries about the houses or with the 2 minor issues we had. Definitely a great place to stay!"

Clean House within Walking Distance to Track and Town
"We rented the house for opening weekend at the track and it was a pleasure. The house was neat and clean when we arrived, and incredibly spacious for 8 ladies with lots of luggage. There was sufficient parking in front of the house on the quiet street, and the supermarket and liquor/wine shop were within walking distance or a 2 minute drive. We took the 15-20 minute stroll to the track and the following day walked the 10-15 minutes into town for restaurants and shopping. The owner, Lily, was incredibly responsive and even checked-in with us via e-mail during our stay to make sure we were doing well. Us ladies truly feel in love with Saratoga and I highly recommend this property."

"We needed to find lodging near Saratoga Springs but everything was booked. We stumbled upon this option and I'm so glad we stayed here! This campground is run by a dedicated family that keeps the tent grounds, trailer lots, pond, and two cabins in pristine condition. The cabins are very near the pond and both have fire pits and Adirondack chairs available along with firewood. They thought of everything you'd need for "camping" without all the fuss. The cabins are compact , but everything was super clean and ready to go. Just my husband and I stayed, but I wish I had known about this place when our children were younger. They would've had a blast sleeping in the loft, swimming in the pond, or catching frogs/tadpoles! Ask Matt all your questions and he'll give you great tips. He suggested an awesome restaurant, and a wonderful afternoon trip up to Lake George. We stayed two nights -- wish we had more time to enjoy and explore this beautiful area of the country!"

"Casual comfort in a charming, quiet neighborhood, a five minute walk to the stores and restaurants on Broadway and, for horse lovers, an easy ten minute drive to Saratoga Race Course. This describes our enjoyable stay in this three bedroom, two bath 'condo', which is attached to the owner's home. The owner was available if we had any questions about the area, but was not intrusive. She was a wealth of information regarding local history, the race course and restaurants. The living room has two large comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, and there is a large dining room table if you choose to enjoy your meals at home. A Mr. Coffee maker and a Keurig were available for our use, set up on a side board, reminding me of a B & B. The kitchen had all the essential ingredients to prepare breakfast to dinner (of course we supplied our own food!) There is an eclectic mix of furniture in the bedrooms that are located on the second floor. Our friends enjoyed their stay in the airy master bedroom that has a queen bed, while we chose one of the smaller rooms that has a queen bed. The owner supplies all the linens and towels and provided us with paper goods which was great. There is also a washer and dryer that seemed brand new for our use. One of my favorite features about the condo was sitting on the deck alongside the house, enjoying morning coffee, listening to the birds and looking at the beautiful morning glories. The owner provided a table and chairs with an umbrella, as well as a grill.
We enjoy the horse racing at Saratoga Race course, sitting on chairs in the picnic area. This location is an easy drive, avoiding the traffic lights in town, with pay for parking lots that are a block or two from the main gate. Of course we visit local restaurants and it is wonderful that we are able to walk to most of them, including some in the Arts District on the West Side. We always go to Saratoga National Golf Course and enjoy a delicious lunch.
We enjoyed our ten day stay in this charming house. It is in a great location for all that we choose to do and we look forward to our visit next year. We are already booked!"
