Peaceful, Relaxing Home
"My family stayed at this beautiful lake house for one week in July. The house contains everything needed for a perfect stay. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable furniture. Our main purpose in staying at this lake house was to unwind and relax from stressful jobs. There is no better way to decompress than by watching the wildlife and the sunsets in the evening. The house if furnished beautifully. We travelled into Saratoga to shop during the one day it rained. Be sure to visit Gardenworks and Battenkill Creamery in Salem. The homeowner was very responsive to all my questions."

Clean House within Walking Distance to Track and Town
"We rented the house for opening weekend at the track and it was a pleasure. The house was neat and clean when we arrived, and incredibly spacious for 8 ladies with lots of luggage. There was sufficient parking in front of the house on the quiet street, and the supermarket and liquor/wine shop were within walking distance or a 2 minute drive. We took the 15-20 minute stroll to the track and the following day walked the 10-15 minutes into town for restaurants and shopping. The owner, Lily, was incredibly responsive and even checked-in with us via e-mail during our stay to make sure we were doing well. Us ladies truly feel in love with Saratoga and I highly recommend this property."

"My words will not do this rental justice...This rental is off the beaten path and secluded; however easily accessible. The tall pine forest welcomes you into a beautiful oasis of perfectly groomed and lush floral gardens surrounding the home. There is an amazing pool the kids really enjoyed (we couldn't get them out of it); and a flat grassy area large enough for a fun game of whiffle ball and/or lawn games. We also brought our bikes to bike around the hilly countryside. The home itself is simply magnificent! Plenty of space for our three family reunion. We didn't feel like we were crammed for space at all. There is a finished basement area the kids loved to hang out in; and multiple living rooms to relax in. The kitchen is well stocked and open. You have many options on where to eat. There is a large table that fit everyone; a round table in the other room which was perfect to play cards on as well; and then there were the teak tables & chairs on the grand deck out back. Just perfect! We were outside all the time. The owner, Sarah, is very easy to deal with and quickly responded to my questions by email or phone. All three families claimed that this "was the highlight of our summer". The only drawback was we didn't stay long enough...I would highly recommend renting this house. You will be happy that you did. Thank you Sarah for sharing your house..."

"Just got back from great weekend. This house has everything you need whether you're staying in for dinner or heading out. After long hot days at the track it was nice to be
able to come home and unwind. Living room is nice and open lots of seating. Don't go to Bentley s for dinner, it is close but food was horrendous, take the ride into Saratoga and try Maestro, price was $10 more per couple but 5star compared to no stars. Owners are super easy to work with can't wait to come back."
