  • Beautiful. Comfortable. Everything we could have wished for!

"My family rented this house for five days at the end of July to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday. There were six of us (three couples) and we absolutely adored the place. Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, and with a deck that seems to get sunshine all day long! Whether we were enjoying drinks and dinner outside, reading and relaxing on the L-shaped couch in the living room, watching deer roam about in the garden, or playing ping pong and Wii downstairs, this house had exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. And it's about a five minute walk to the heart of Greenport and ten minutes to the beach! You really couldn't ask for a better location. Michael was available when we needed him and gave some great tips and recommendations about the area. Easy five stars. We will definitely be back."

  • So glad we rented it!

"I went to NY with my brother and his wife. This place was perfect. The rates are great and I love the fact that there was no deposit as well. Winston, the super was nice and helpful. The beds are both very comfortable with soft sheets. There are only two cons to this place. The bathroom had quite a bit of hair throughout the shower which led us to question how well the place is cleaned but the kitchen looked clean and there were fresh sheets and towels so we tried to put it out of our minds. Honestly, other than that the bathroom look clean. The second con is not really the owners fault. The loft ceiling is about 3-4 feet from where my head is while sleeping and the upstairs neighbors are busy folks. One morning at 430 there was a LOT OF commotion, like they were running relays and celebrating in a rolling chair. Thank goodness it only lasted a half hour. Location is excellent!!! And it was so cool to see the empire state building right out the front door. Big clean fridge, all the glassware etc we could need. The heater worked great and plenty of hot water. Very polite manager/owner Cee and again, Winston was a cool guy. So glad we found it and it was available. If I ever go back to NY I am looking this place up first."

  • Exceptional everything.

"We rented Bobbie's gorgeous new home a few months ago - we were a little hesitant as renovations weren't completed and pictures weren't yet available. Any anxieties and uncertainties were quickly put to rest - Bobbie went out of her way to point out the best of Saratoga. From great running routes, to taxi contact information to coffee shops, she went above and beyond. Saving the best for last: the home was unlike any vacation property I've ever visited. From the smallest details (spare batteries and paper towels and other staple items in every nook) to the larger ones (gorgeous finishings and a sound system to boot, soft new towels, feathery pillows, and extra blankets), the property is one I'd visit again in a heartbeat. My only regret is not staying longer."

  • 4th of July retreat

"What a great place! This was one of the nicest places I have ever rented! So many supplies to cook our own meals and it was absolutely clean and well maintained. The owner was so responsive to all our needs. The children loved it as well!"
