  • 65th wedding anniversary

"My entire family enjoyed reuniting at the Davidson Family Farm! It was just the right space for 12 of us to stay and 13 more to join for the anniversary dinner. The grounds and surroundings were beautiful to explore and we had all the necessary items to host the dinner there! The screened-in porch, front porch, and spacious front lawn was ideal for great- grandchildren to run and play while adults sat comfortably visiting. Flowers were beautiful and we were allowed to cut a few for bouquets in the house! I would recommend this lovely, peaceful location for any type of reunion. The house is spacious and welcoming and hope we can return some day!"

  • wonderful getaway

"My husband and I rented this cottage to be able to spend time with our children and grandkids from Tennessee who were staying in the Saratoga area. We wanted a place where we could have room to entertain with lots to keep 5 kids aged 7 to 18 busy and this was perfect!!! There was everything there to keep them busy from canoes, a paddle boat and a rowboat for fishing-even the fishing poles!!! We had such a great time, we called and asked to stay longer!! It was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was equipped with anything you might need. How scenic and peaceful it was to be up with the loons and eagles, sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning!! I would gladly (and already have) recommended the lake house to anyone who would like to visit the area, and when the kids return next year, this will be our first choice!!"

  • Secluded Beauty in the Hudson Valley

"My friends and I had a great time at Birch Cabin. We were there over Memorial Day weekend and the weather was unseasonably cold, but we had fun building fires in the wood stove, cooking, and hanging out at the house. The property and surrounding area are really beautiful, quiet, and secluded. I'd love to go back."

  • Great property, excellent location

"We rented this house over Labor Day wkend and totally enjoyed it. Very clean, and well thought out. All the comforts of home and right across street from race track. About a mile to walk into town which we did one day for lunch and farmers mkt. We loved staying here versus a hotel, where we have always stayed before. We could have family visit and hang out in living room. Two bd and 2 bath were upstairs and out of the way. Owner was very helpful and friendly."
