"My husband and I rented this cottage to be able to spend time with our children and grandkids from Tennessee who were staying in the Saratoga area. We wanted a place where we could have room to entertain with lots to keep 5 kids aged 7 to 18 busy and this was perfect!!! There was everything there to keep them busy from canoes, a paddle boat and a rowboat for fishing-even the fishing poles!!! We had such a great time, we called and asked to stay longer!! It was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was equipped with anything you might need. How scenic and peaceful it was to be up with the loons and eagles, sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning!! I would gladly (and already have) recommended the lake house to anyone who would like to visit the area, and when the kids return next year, this will be our first choice!!"Guest: Linda S. "We stayed here for a long weekend during track season. The house was clean and well organized. Good sized bedrooms and an extra bed in the basement if needed. The location was great just two blocks off Broadway with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The track is a long walk but doable. There was plenty of off street parking as well. Lily, the owner, was fantastic and very responsive to follow up questions. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for quiet but convenient access to town."Guest: dermot n. Bedrooms are roomy and very comfortable. Lovely decor and grounds; quiet and lovely neighborhood. Owner is very easy to work with, and agreement was easy. Would love to rent this home again for another family vacation!"Guest: ks Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 10, 2014View listing
