Recent Capital, Saratoga reviews

  • Magnificent View, Lovely Home

"We really enjoyed our stay this time and last time. The rental unit remained immaculately clean, tidy and homey. We had everything we needed in the kitchen if we wanted a home cook meal. The owners were accommodating and always made us feel welcome. Winter here was as beautiful as fall, the last time we visited. The unit overlooked the picturesque Saratoga Lake, which had completely covered with ice. It was spectacular. This will be the only place we stay, if we ever come back to Saratoga Springs again"

  • Perfect Getaway

"Three couples had the pleasure of spending a long weekend in this immaculate and extremely well-located home. The pictures don't do it justice--it is larger than it looks, impeccably appointed, and very comfortable. The bedding was perfect for our group, and the deck is a wonderful addition that fair weather guests will love. While the house itself is located in an unusual place, it is a very short walk to Broadway and all the great stores and restaurants in Saratoga Springs. And it was a pleasure to deal with Bobbie. She was prompt, forthcoming with advice, and accommodating. This group has rented homes in various cities for several years and this is easily one of the nicest. As one other reviewer said, our only regret was that we were only there for a long weekend."

  • Lakeside paradise!

"Greenpond lakehouse is the perfect lakeside getaway. First off, I loved the fact that I didn't have cell phone service. It was great to go off the grid for a few days. Ben provided everything you can possibly need. (Literally, everything! Just bring your food + drinks) Our dog loved swimming after the bluegills as I fished off the dock, and my wife LOVED the kayak. The highlight of our trip was sitting by the fire and enjoying the incredible stars above! True relaxation and serenity."
