"Loved our stay at Aunt's Place. Hosts are lovely and very helpful. the house has been lovingly restored and is very comfortable. The location is ideal. It is not far from Woodstock, Phoenicia and Kingston. And you can walk to the magnificent Ashokan Reservoir. the house is better than the photos!"

  • Review Callicoon farmhouse

"This spacious, 100 year-old farmhouse combines the charm of an old country home with modern amenities and conveniences. We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay there. The roomy kitchen made preparing and serving Thanksgiving dinner for 26 family members and friends stress free. Morning visits from deer and the beautiful views in all directions added to our enjoyment. We hope to make a future, repeat visit sometime."

  • Beautiful Mountain getaway house

"My family and I were left scrambling to find a last minute getaway, and we Lucked out! Willow was extremely accomodating, and a pleasure to work with. Within just a few short hours we were booked and ready to go! The house is really beautiful and well kept... Kitchen was beautiful with a nice dining room table, and the family room with fire place overlooking the property and stream was wonderful! Would highly recommend staying at this cozy getaway house!"

  • Great place to spread out and enjoy quiet

"Enjoyed a wonderful summer weekend with friends here at the house, which served as a great jumping off point for rafting on the Delaware river and going to the Bethel arts center. The back patio, grill, and huge yard were particularly great for kicking back on a nice summer evening with no one else in sight. A great retreat from the city within reasonable driving distance for a weekend."
