"This property is just as it is pictured. Very spacious, clean, full amenities, and amazing view. The fireplace, grill, and beautiful view made it a perfect place for my family to enjoy themselves. Within an hour or less, we had Hunter mountain, Hyde park (FDR & Vanderbilt), Howe caverns, and Cooperstown (baseball hall of fame). Worth every penny!"

"Just had a wonderful stay at the guest house. The house is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped - they thought of & provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was the perfect place to stay with a baby. The property is tucked away in the trees, very private and surrounded by green, with the forest on one side. If you are interested in hiking, there is an entrance to a trail behind the house that looked nice. Mike and Robin were attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything, but also gave us plenty of space/privacy. Especially for this reasonable price, I definitely recommend the property...it is a great weekend escape!"

"Second time staying at this property. As most have already said, it looks small form the outside but plenty of room inside. We had 14 in the house and there was a bed for each. Plenty of parking, as most of us came from different locales."

"Myself and three friends as well as their 5 year old spend Labor day weekend at Monica's beautiful farmhouse. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and we loved eating all together in the open dining room. There are windows all around so everything felt light and airy. There's also an abundance of cool quirky art all around. The sun porch was beautiful to sit in and look out on the magical back yard with the huge weeping willow tree. The backyard lawn stroll down to the Hudson was my favorite walk every morning with my coffee. And we had a blast taking the canoe and kayaks out. The claw foot tub was a highlight of mine! It was so nice to soak and look out at the tree tops. Monica did not have the property booked on that Monday so she let us stay late and check out at 330 which was extremely kind of her. The house felt so great we never wanted to leave!"
