  • Great vacation

"We had a wonderful week! We loved having the water right outside the house - we swam & kayaked. The location was great. Very convenient - we walked into town & the drive to the market was 5 minutes. Great hiking & cycling nearby. We BBQ'd most nights & ate out back with the beautiful view of the water. The master bedroom is beautiful. The house was a good size for the 5 of us. The owners were very accommodating & very easy to work with. We hope to stay here again."

  • Snowy paradise!

"My husband, teen sons, large furry dog and I had a wonderful time in Jackie and Paul's cabin. We wandered the snowy fields, skied and warmed our bellies with Sweet Sue's pancakes. It was the perfect combination of privacy (teenage boys) and family time, with nightly board games in front of the wood stove. The house was not wanting for anything and the beds and bed linens were extra wonderful. The basement with ping pong and pool was heavily used and the large furry dog had lots of room to chase her ball. We hope to visit in all of the seasons!"

  • Quiet Cabin Near Quite a Few Attractions

"Two of us came here with our dog. There are other cabins around but it is all very private and quiet. The cabin was clean and the woodstove was easy to use. There was plenty of wood ready for us. When exchanging emails, the owner was quick to answer all questions. I would recommend this cabin for those looking for a private getaway. There are several restaurants, spas, and attractions within a short drive."

  • Amazing Retreat!

"I searched extensively for a vacation home for my family and kept coming back to this one. It did not disappoint. It was everything a mountain retreat should be. The decor and setting were perfect. We were 7 adults and one 4 year old. Fully stocked with spices, pots, pans and linens there was little we had to bring but ourselves and food. We had an amazing week sitting around the fire pit and my personal favorite, the screened porch. Just a few notes, the bottom of the driveway is rough so it's slow going and the internet was spotty. I actually didn't miss at all! It was a relaxing, wonderful week. Thanks Dan and Maureen!"
