"First off I wanted to thank Carroll for being such a WONDERFUL down to earth person! Secondly we didn't want to leave our stay was to short.
The house was warm and inviting everything you need to enjoy yourself. We walked, fished, row boated and drank in the suns warm rays and we felt rejuvenated with in hours of arriving here.
The blue sky goes on forever and I got lost in the puffy white clouds and light breeze.
Our pup enjoyed romping around the tremendous back yard it was awesome that Carroll let us bring him he is so much apart of our family and he enjoyed himself completely.
We loved the deck over looking the beautiful lake, the Lilies looked like the Water-Lily pond at Monet's home in Giverny what a incredible site!
We grilled ate and drank till we were full then the sounds of evening birds crickets and frogs lulled us to sleep at the end of our day it was so soothing.
We found the beds and pillows to be comfy and cozy although all we needed was a sheet to sleep with it was quite warm a day or two, but there are tons of fans to cool you off during the day and it is quite cool at night very comfortable.
There's much more I could say about this piece of tranquility, as it left quite a impression on us that we will keep close and plan to visit again when we can steal some time away from our hustle and bustle world. Thank you again Carroll !"

"We had a great time at Hunter Mountain. The condo was clean, well stocked and quiet, very few people around. We walked up and down the slopes several times a day because it was so close we just walked a short distance and we were on the mountain. Lots to do close by, we hiked, visited Tannersville several times to shop the antique stores and restaurants. Overall a great time."

"We were looking for a house for Memorial Day weekend for a group of 8 and we really lucked out with this house. The rooms were clean and comfy, kitchen and dining room were perfect for all the meals we made that weekend, roasting marshmallows by the hen house was perfect, the soaking tub was awesome and everyday was just perfect. Pet friendly homes are hard to come by but Angela was super accommodating and made our stay there the perfect weekend. The only snafu we had was dropping water pressure due to a clogged water filter that we were able to fix once we worked out what the issue was. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this home as everyone in the group really enjoyed their stay."

"Billy, what a great weekend we had at your cottage. For all of you interested in this place, I would highly recommend it. Billy was extremely accommodating in every way - going out of his way for us if we ever needed anything. This is an incredibly peaceful place - the creek next to the bedroom was very relaxing, and we would wake up every morning to the sound of running water and sit outside with our coffee. if you are looking for a nice getaway close to woodstock, this is it!"
