"We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The bushes across the front of the house had recently been trimmed so we had a great view of the river from the house. There is also seating provided to sit down by the river and watch the water gently flow along. Awesome house! Seth and Leslie are awesome people!"

Clean & centrally located. Perfect for a ski weekend!
"Stayed here over MLK holiday weekend with my husband, 2 sons, nephew and brother in law. The condo was very clean, centrally located and slept 5 comfortably. The owner was lovely, so easy to deal with.
The laundry room was across the parking lot and easy for us to put in our wet ski clothes after a long day skiing.
Short drive to Windham Mountain, about 2 miles. Condo interior and photos were exactly as described. We would rent here again!!"

"Rented the Chalet with 12 guys for a golf weekend and didn't have a complaint from one member of the group. Ping-pong table and huge backyard made for a ton of fun and loved being able to fire pit and grill at night. On top of everything, Fabio was a tremendous resource and made the whole process seamless. Really a great host. If we make the trip back to the Catskills, we will be heading back to the Pratt Chalet for sure."

Great house in the middle of nothing (or between Hunter and Windham mountain)
"Surrounded, the excellent equipped house is a great place to stay for some days in the Catskill Mountains. We were a group of six German and Canadian journalists and photographers, who stayed there for the mountain bike world cup at Windham - and all of us founf enough space (three large bedrooms with queensize beds (two of them with own bath room), and room with four beds (two bunk beds) which fits each also for tall adults. The living room with the kitchen is really large, internet is fast. The really only disapointment was the not existsing cell phone connection."
