"It was very spontaneous that we decided to go to upstate. I was looking through a lot of properties and found this one. Rannie was very friendly and offered very good stay condition. When we arrived, we just loved it. We had a small child 4 years old my brother grandson he was so happy there that at the time we headed back home he started to cry, did not want to go. The house very clean and comfortable, nice hot tube, property is groomed well and also very clean, the porch was very comfortable the only thing we missed that the shade over porch because it was rainy and it would be great if there would be a shade over porch just to sit and listen the sounds of rain. Very very satisfied. Definitely will came back."

"My girlfriend and I along with our dog stayed for a long weekend in this fantastic house. It was definitely too much room for just the 3 of us, but we didn't mind. This property would be great for a family gathering and could easily accommodate 8 people with plenty of room. All of the rooms are very clean and have their own character. Lois, the owner, was very good about giving us detailed instructions on where to find everything as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. Lake Superior State Park is a short drive from the property and has a great place where you can let your dog swim. There is a great backyard with a deck and fire pit, which is where we spent most of our long weekend. Really a great place to unwind and get some fresh mountain air. We will definitely be back."

"It was a very pleasant stay although I got a cold and couldn't do much. It is a small place, very cozy with all the necessary comforts and more. It feels very secluded but it's a couple of minutes drive from the center of Woodstock. We saw a lot of animals right outside our door which was fun for my 2 year old. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. They even mailed us my son's teddy bear that we had left behind. Much appreciated!!"

"Just had a wonderful stay at the guest house. The house is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped - they thought of & provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was the perfect place to stay with a baby. The property is tucked away in the trees, very private and surrounded by green, with the forest on one side. If you are interested in hiking, there is an entrance to a trail behind the house that looked nice. Mike and Robin were attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything, but also gave us plenty of space/privacy. Especially for this reasonable price, I definitely recommend the property...it is a great weekend escape!"
