"We're a blended family and were looking for a place to spend our "familymoon" and spend some quality time together. It was a total of 4 adults and 3 children (16, 13 and 11) we stayed for a week and were all very comfortable. The property is absolutely amazing and the eggs were delicious! It rained for two days on and off but we made the best of it and even went outside and danced in the rain! We LOVED the hike up the mountain, it was right after it rained and the view was spectacular. There was a beaver that came out to eat fallen crab apples by the creek every morning (at least we think it was a beaver) and a couple of deer came by the property as well. Our days were spent exploring the property, antiquing in town, spent a day swimming in the Artic Lake at Oquaga Creek State Park 30 mins away. Our nights were spent stargazing and taking around the bonfire. I still had my wedding dress packed and even got some great pictures! Dryden Brook Farm holds a special place in our hearts and we plan to go back this fall. Thank you so much Bill for being so wonderful and sharing your home with us!"

"We were looking for a house for Memorial Day weekend for a group of 8 and we really lucked out with this house. The rooms were clean and comfy, kitchen and dining room were perfect for all the meals we made that weekend, roasting marshmallows by the hen house was perfect, the soaking tub was awesome and everyday was just perfect. Pet friendly homes are hard to come by but Angela was super accommodating and made our stay there the perfect weekend. The only snafu we had was dropping water pressure due to a clogged water filter that we were able to fix once we worked out what the issue was. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this home as everyone in the group really enjoyed their stay."

"A lovely spot. The photos show the interesting octagonal room and separate bedroom. A nice mix of old fashioned and renovated, very welcoming and relaxing. Watch out for falling apples on the roof! Our hosts warned us and it still was a surprise. The hosts are very warm and knowledgeable about the area. The river is across a quiet street. There was a bit of noise from the main road across a field. I hope to return next year."
