Picturesque Property and Beautiful Home for our Family Retreat!
"Words cannot express the wonderful time we had at the Coco Farm Estate. We were very fortunate to have found this amazing property for our family gathering. The house is spacious with beautiful light streaming in throughout the house. Everything was decorated so nicely and all of the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. The great room was perfect for our family game nights and afternoon naps. The house was also child friendly so that we didn’t have to schlep up too many toys. We enjoyed wading through the streams, jumping into the swimming pond and picking a few salad greens from the garden. We had a family of deer visit us a few times during the evenings while we enjoyed the back deck, and even saw a blue heron (I think!) hunt for small fish in the streams. While there was plenty of nature and scenery to enjoy at the house, we drove to Ashokan reservoir for a nice walk along the paved walkway, shopped in Woodstock and treated ourselves to a spa afternoon at the Emerson Resort and Spa. All of these destinations no more than 15 minutes drive from Coco Farm.
I would recommend going to the Hurley Ridge Market for groceries and nicer quality produce and meats. There is an IGA nearby in Boiceville, which is fine for basics, but the produce was not so great and rotted within a day. We also got a fantastic recommendation from Cristina for quality meats (ribs, lamb, burgers, etc…)which was Applestone Meats (they delivered!). FYI, Cristina was very accessible throughout the booking process and has a dedicated team of individuals who live locally for any housekeeping/property issues.
It was a perfect Catskill getaway for our family, and we hope to return next summer…if not sooner! - The Mekala Family"

"We were a group of 8 and had a fantastic weekend at the cottage. The inside is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and perfect for a group to cook and eat together and hang out. We loved the outdoor property and used the hammock, fire pit, and front lawn. And the house is located just 10 mins from Woodstock! Highly recommend"

"This beautiful cabin hidden in the Catskills was just what we were looking for, if not more. It sits on a private piece of land that surrounds you with all the sounds and sights of natural beauty. The interior of the cabin is clean and spacious for two and a pet if you choose to bring one. Our dog had the time of her life here. The owner is so friendly and informative. He goes above and beyond to be available for you if you need him. Even though his home sits roughly 100 yards in front of the cabin, you'd never know it was there. There is lots to do if you choose or there's also the option to just take in the beauty of the mountains that surround you. We did both. Hike David's property to the overlook site he built or hike up to one of the Fire Tower overlooks. You won't believe the sights that await you at the top. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for the perfect get away. We plan to go back again. I can't imagine the colors in the Fall, I bet it's just gorgeous.

"This was our third family reunion at Diane's gorgeous home. We celebrated Thanksgiving a week early and enjoyed her fully stocked kitchen (even a meat thermometer!) and beautiful table settings. The place feels like home to us now and is the perfect spot for a big multigenerational get-together. Room for kids to crawl around, parents to enjoy the view and sip their wine, and grandparents to get quiet time too. Especially love the handicap accessibility. We'll be back!"
