"This place is full of charm. The art on the walls and light fixtures are adorable. It is so much more than I had expected for the price. We loved the area. It was nice and quiet. For those who expect something perfect, I suggest staying in a hotel. If you love fresh air, the outdoors, animals and peace, this is the place for you. We would love to stay here again and I would suggest this cabin as a great get away for a couple or even a small family. We didn't bring any pets but I am sure any pet would love this place."

"What a great place ! love the fire pit with the grill grate that swings over it, once we found that I think all the food we ate was at some point cooked over it. The location is amazing, beautiful nature all around ! watch out for bare feet on the deck though"

"Our extended family of 6 adults and 4 children just spent a week in the woods at Tusten Farms Manor House. Nearby relatives often joined us for dinner and we comfortably seated 12 around the big dining room table. The pool is just as beautiful as pictured, the tennis court is in perfect condition. Stan was always available to answer questions. Cell phone service is spotty but bear sightings are a definite possibility. The town of Narrowsburg is a 15-minute drive and has a grocery and a block of charming shops. At least one restaurant, Heron, is excellent. Our history buffs enjoyed a visit to Minisink, site of a Revolutionary War skirmish. The hiking paths were easy enough for our 3 year-old and wild enough to satisfy the older boys. There is a great farmers market in Barryville, another in Callicoon.
The house was clean, well furnished and maintained. It is the last house down a gravel road--luxuriously remote."

Picturesque Property and Beautiful Home for our Family Retreat!
"Words cannot express the wonderful time we had at the Coco Farm Estate. We were very fortunate to have found this amazing property for our family gathering. The house is spacious with beautiful light streaming in throughout the house. Everything was decorated so nicely and all of the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. The great room was perfect for our family game nights and afternoon naps. The house was also child friendly so that we didn’t have to schlep up too many toys. We enjoyed wading through the streams, jumping into the swimming pond and picking a few salad greens from the garden. We had a family of deer visit us a few times during the evenings while we enjoyed the back deck, and even saw a blue heron (I think!) hunt for small fish in the streams. While there was plenty of nature and scenery to enjoy at the house, we drove to Ashokan reservoir for a nice walk along the paved walkway, shopped in Woodstock and treated ourselves to a spa afternoon at the Emerson Resort and Spa. All of these destinations no more than 15 minutes drive from Coco Farm.
I would recommend going to the Hurley Ridge Market for groceries and nicer quality produce and meats. There is an IGA nearby in Boiceville, which is fine for basics, but the produce was not so great and rotted within a day. We also got a fantastic recommendation from Cristina for quality meats (ribs, lamb, burgers, etc…)which was Applestone Meats (they delivered!). FYI, Cristina was very accessible throughout the booking process and has a dedicated team of individuals who live locally for any housekeeping/property issues.
It was a perfect Catskill getaway for our family, and we hope to return next summer…if not sooner! - The Mekala Family"
