"We are a family that loves our leisure time and we are always looking for an inspiring environment to spend that time. The Cayuga Cabin south was perfect! My husband, our 11 year old twins and my in-laws were in awe of this beautiful cabin, both indoors and outdoors. The attention to detail was much apprecciated, from radiant heated floors, endless space to the lovely decor. I personally, enjoyed the full, top of the line, kitchen. Our kids loved making s'mores in the large fireplace (one of 4). The bedrooms were quiet on the lake and very comfortable. We spent time at the large wooden dining table eating and playing board games. We used the downstairs living room for watching movies and relaxing by the fire. The kids loved walking down to the boathouse to play air hockey and fooseball. The views outside were breathing, and not just because it was 17 degrees in winter. We kept saying "Imagine this place in the summer or fall". I know we will be coming back! I would recommend this cabin for families and for a long girls weekend. It was truly inspiring!"

The ONLY place to stay if you are attending Dreams Park Tournaments
"We booked this home because of the proximity to Dreams Park but it only took us moments after walking in the door to view it as so much more than a "great location." It was absolutely charming! It was so warm and inviting. My husband said it was like being on vacation but feeling "at home" because it was so comfortable. All of the furniture and décor are very well thought out, functional and comfortable. The family room/dining room has a great open feeling and larger windows that overlook beautiful grounds which makes the house feel even that much larger. Both bathrooms are very nice. All of the beds and pillows are comfortable like in your home rather than a homeowner just throwing something in there to fill space. The washer and dryer are on the main floor which is super convenient. The baseball themed items in some of the rooms are a great touch and very interesting. And of course, back to one of the key selling features for us....location..... When we pulled out of Dreams Park, we barely began to discuss a game and then realized we were already pulling in the driveway. The proximity was awesome for attending the tournament. We ran home in between every game. it made it very convenient for eating healthier food, less expensive and not having to wait in outrageous lines at the restaurants. The homeowner, Darlene, was "darling!" She was so responsive and patient when I sent her questions in advance. We were fortunate enough to meet her when we arrived and she was absolutely delightful. She genuinely cared about our stay and even went out of her way to take care of us AFTER our stay when she shipped items back to us that we forgot. We loved this property!"

"This little cabin has the utmost charm of an original 1920's lake cabin. Our host Bobbie, greeted us the day we arrived with all the details of the cabin. The porch was the highlight in the sun, the rain, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its a quiet area, the lake is clean and fantastic to swim in, fish or paddle on. I had a great stay and would definitely return!"

"Surprisingly large 'cottage' in a very convenient location with lovely views. Potential problem of a very cold early fall night was remedied by the arrival of space heaters for all the bed rooms. No complaints from our Cooperstown bound wedding crew. Although we did not try, it looked as if canoe access to the lake would be difficult. However, for golf lovers, one of the country's oldest courses is just outside the door. A car is essential."
