Many positives to this estate, beautiful with some work to be done
"We pulled up to the estate and were pleasantly surprised by the overall appearance. The scenery is stunning. Located on a 140+ acre working farm, the place can't be faulted for natural beauty. Greg the host is very kind and hospitable. The house itself is very spacious with three large bedrooms and three full baths. The pond up the hill was a welcome respite after a full day of baseball. We were playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park and unfortunately, we would have liked to be a little bit closer to the games. It was about a 25 minute drive from the property, making it difficult to quickly run back to the house between games. However, when we were at the house we did enjoy our time there.
We have stayed at many self catering properties and the one thing I will say is that most of them are solely for rental. Know that at this one, the owner does keep a lot of personal items. A lot of people may be able to overlook this, but we were just not used to this and it gives the appearance that he lives there (at least part of the time). Also, while we were staying there, several workers did come and go and while not overly obtrusive, it was unexpected, especially for my father who was trying to nap one day.
The stair case is a bit more ladder like so for anyone with mobility issues, just know that it is an old farmhouse and staircases were different back then.
Overall, we did enjoy the peaceful outdoor spaces including the front and side patios, grilling on the BBQ, and spending quality time as a family outdoors and unplugged. As Greg will tell you, some of it is still a work in progress, and I can imagine it will really be beautiful when it is all done."

You will be the envy of all of the other baseball parents if you stay here
"We stayed at the Oneida North Lodge in July for a week while our son played baseball at the Dreams Park. This was a terrific investment if you plan to make the tournament your family summer vacation. The home is incredible and sits on a beautiful and very large lake. While it may not be the closest house to the Dreams Park (about a 20 minute commute) it is certainly has the most to offer. You can see the pictures on the Cooperstown Luxury website. Yes, the house looks exactly like that. Incredible. We had other children with us so the pool was one of the greatest amenities. The house is 3 levels so if you share it with another family you can enjoy some privacy as well. We did not get to use the boathouse that much because of all of the baseball and other wonderful things to do in Cooperstown but it is certainly a terrific bonus. I would recommend staying here if you would like to be the envy of the entire team. You will not regret it."

"Can't say enough about this cute little retreat. After a day of baseball it was nice to drive a minute away and relax by the fire. In the morning, my family and I would go out in the paddle boat and fish before heading to the fields, sometimes spotting a mommy and baby deer playing in the field. This cozy cottage was full of baseball memorabilia and making wonderful memories. Thank you Darlene for sharing your home with us."
