  • Perfect family spot

"My husband and I, and our boy attending the baseball dreams park camp, had a great time renting form this home that had everything we needed. Beautiful location, away from the hustle and bustle, yet a close drive to the park."

  • Dream Park Escape

"While my son played baseball in Dreams Park (23 min away) we got to escape to the lake in between games. We had all the comforts of home PLUS the lake - swimming, boating, rowing, fishing, fire pit, gas and charcoal grill and a deck that over looks it all! The owners hospitality is exceptional! Couldn't have felt more welcome. Love the Sleeping Lion!"

  • Our Daughter's Wedding Weekend

"We were looking for a special place to stay in Cooperstown that was large enough to accommodate our extended family for my daughter's wedding weekend. The Treehouse and Bird's Nest were definitely the place! They were both very luxurious and immaculate, with all the comforts of home and more! The secluded setting is perfect, yet close enough to town for any activities you or your guests may want to try. Bill (the owner) was very easy to work with and was also a great resource as we were planning our special day. We also rented two of his other properties (Cayuga and Oneida) for the groom's family and the groomsmen and their spouses, along with his Boathouse directly on the lake for the rehearsal dinner. All the accommodations were wonderful! I would highly recommend any of Bill's properties to anyone looking to vacation in the Cooperstown area. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay!"

  • Absolutely Perfect!

"We stayed at All Star Acres for our second trip to Cooperstown Dreamspark. The location is awesome. We had six adults and two teenagers with us. This house was perfect. It has three floors. The top floor is a game room; the main floor has the kitchen, dining, living, master bedroom and bath, two twin bedrooms and a hall bath; the bottom floor has another queen bedroom, another twin bedroom, and the third bathroom. We had plenty of space. We grilled and cooked at home most of the time because we were so close to the park. The kitchen was equipped very nicely, which made cooking even easier. We also loved the deck, the fire pit, and the spacious yard in front of the house. Very hard to find three bathrooms, a newer home, and a location close to the park. This house has it all. We have recommended All Star Acres to many friends traveling in 2015 and beyond."

Home of the National Baseball Hall of Fame and the National Soccer Hall of Fame, Cooperstown is steeped in beauty, culture, and heritage. Enjoy The Sights From The Comfort Of A Spacious Vacation Home

So you want to go on a vacation, but you're sick of spending time in hotels. We don't blame you a bit. After all, hotels are cramped, overstuffed, and completely impersonal. When you stay in a vacation home, you'll get the personal touch that's sorely lacking from hotel rooms, plus tons more. More bedrooms, more bathrooms, and more space in general means you'll be a lot more comfortable staying in one of the Central Leatherstockings cabins than a hotel. Plus you get amenities like a full kitchen, so you can cook your own meals without relying on continental breakfasts or room service for meals, and in some cases porches, decks, hot-tubs and fireplaces—great for recuperating after a long day outside.

History, Culture, and Outdoor Activities Abound in Cooperstown

The jaw-dropping natural beauty of Cooperstown is just one reason to pay the town a visit. There are plenty of museums to check out, including the Baseball and Soccer Halls of Fame.
