"We stayed at the house for a Cooperstown baseball tournament. It is a perfect location for those playing at Dreams Park. It was great place to stay to unwind from many games but close enough to Cooperstown to enjoy all that it has to offer. The lake was beautiful. Our non baseball kids enjoyed the kayaks and trampolines. The house was very clean and the three bathroom were a plus. I would have given it five stars but the internet is not very good. At this price point, it should be better. If we did not have a personal hotspots, we would have been in trouble for those that still have to work."

"We recently stayed a week for the Dreams Park tournament. We have stayed in many VRBO homes, and this was probably the best. Home is in beautiful condition, and is extremely well appointed, they have everything you need there. The location is also excellent, and it took us less than 15 minutes to get to Dreams Park. We visited other families who stayed at other locations, and we all agreed ours was the best. The creek in back was great for the siblings, and the Cider Mill is excellent. We hope to be back again next year. Thanks George & Tina."

"This place is over the top. Its setting is spectacular. Its grounds are conducive to family games or quiet reading places. Its interior spaces are well planned and spacious. And the lakefront offered waterfront frolics for both kids and adults. There were 11 of us, grandparents, parents and children and were never crowded in the main house. We rented the floating trampoline which was used 6 of the 7 days. The fire pit was fun at night, providing a perfect location for multi-generational camaraderie. The property's proximity to Glimmerglass State Park enabled us to walk or jog on a level surface. We even paddled a canoe and kayak from the dock to the beach at the state park. Cooperstown is a lovely village to visit during the summer. We hope to return."
