Loved the Creekside Cottage!
"We stayed her for a week with another couple while our boys played at Dreamspark. The location is perfect. Short drive to Dreamspark and town. Location is beautiful and quiet. Remodeled clean home with touches of charm perfect for this Historical town. Thank you Tina for a simplified transaction and stress free stay!"

"Wow! What a great getaway! We stayed here last year during the summer and loved our stay, so we decided to stay for our fall getaway. The cottage is modern, cozy, heated and air conditioned!!! Great for any time of year! Property manager was extremely accommodating. The view of the lake from the master bedroom is spectacular! The proximity to the Turning Stone Casino and Syracuse shopping areas was fantastic! I cannot recommend this place enough. It is a wonderful place to stay!!"

Many positives to this estate, beautiful with some work to be done
"We pulled up to the estate and were pleasantly surprised by the overall appearance. The scenery is stunning. Located on a 140+ acre working farm, the place can't be faulted for natural beauty. Greg the host is very kind and hospitable. The house itself is very spacious with three large bedrooms and three full baths. The pond up the hill was a welcome respite after a full day of baseball. We were playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park and unfortunately, we would have liked to be a little bit closer to the games. It was about a 25 minute drive from the property, making it difficult to quickly run back to the house between games. However, when we were at the house we did enjoy our time there.
We have stayed at many self catering properties and the one thing I will say is that most of them are solely for rental. Know that at this one, the owner does keep a lot of personal items. A lot of people may be able to overlook this, but we were just not used to this and it gives the appearance that he lives there (at least part of the time). Also, while we were staying there, several workers did come and go and while not overly obtrusive, it was unexpected, especially for my father who was trying to nap one day.
The stair case is a bit more ladder like so for anyone with mobility issues, just know that it is an old farmhouse and staircases were different back then.
Overall, we did enjoy the peaceful outdoor spaces including the front and side patios, grilling on the BBQ, and spending quality time as a family outdoors and unplugged. As Greg will tell you, some of it is still a work in progress, and I can imagine it will really be beautiful when it is all done."

"I had the pleasure of staying in your home while our family made a special trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame. The HOF was a real treat that was made even better by knowing what a wonderful place that we could come home to each evening. The nights were cool and crisp and the fireplaces spread out through the house helped make things cozy! I look forward to visiting Cooperstown again with my family and I will definitely book this wonderful home again."
