"The cottage was just perfect with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the beautiful lawn and lawn chairs, the fire pit and picnic table.
The owners were so nice and very helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed.
We had beautiful weather and the cottage is located in a beautiful area of the lake.
We spent many evening in Bemus Point listening to the Bemus Pops and eating ice cream!
I would recommend this cottage to anyone. We would love to come back next year. Pam Westman"

Great time in a beautifully appointed private retreat nestled in the woods.
"Due to busy work and personal schedule, we made vacation plans late and were lucky to find this GEM, nestled in the woods on a beautiful lakeside expanse.
Located immediately across Chatauqua Lake from the renowned Chatauqua Institute, this property met our every need. Whether for your family or shared with others, this exceptionally well appointed home provides every amenity and the perfect environment for a truly relaxing get away.
The owners were very attentive to our every need and we highly recommend this property. We hope to be back."

"Cottage is on the water, clean, neat and attractive with all essentials except linens. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake celebration of the 4th of July. The birds were super fun to watch and photograph. I was able to fish to my heart's content. Even the rain and fog of one day was fascinating. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. The area is peaceful and quiet. The owner very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the Redline Diner (great hot dogs and very reminiscent of the 50s) and Andriaccios ( great antipasto salad and pizza!). A wonderful place to recharge one's soul! Hope we can go back next year."
