"Just got home from a wonderful weekend at this cozy rental. It has everything you need, comfy beds, towels, DVD players, etc. All you need to bring is you, your clothes, food & beverages. It has a nice yard on the side to sit in front of the camp fire & woods in the back that make the atmosphere serene. The location is perfect, near all the ski resorts, restaurants, grocery store, state parks, Seneca Alleghany casino, Crosspatch horse back riding stables & more.
I can't wait to go back & the owner Joyce is a total sweetheart & a delight to do business with. This is my new favorite place to get away for a night or two."

"We had a great family ski vacation. Family of 4 but had plenty of room for 2 families. Easy to get to Skiing and tubing. We skied at Holiday Valley and Tubed. Fire place was nice to come back too. Agree with other reviews about not 5 star living but it is a farm house. If you want to be pampered go to a hotel. If you want affordable country living this is a great option."

"We stayed here for a long weekend and it was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was great because it was very private, but still ski in/out. We had lots of room for two adults and two kids. We did lots of skiing/snowboarding, ate in and ate out. We took advantage of the shuttle from the village one night and it was very convenient. We didn't need our car, except to run into Town. The owner was great throughout and we would definitely come back when visiting Holiday Valley again. The only problem was that the heating in the unit wasn't great, but we were there in extremely cold weather, so it would probably be fine in any kind of normal winter weather."

"We have rented this place for a few years now, and have enjoyed it every time. It has a large, well stocked kitchen (we bring our own knives and potato masher), and a beautiful ambiance. It has working washing and drying, making packing much easier. There is lots of bedding, (we were a bit short of blankets during the cold snap), and beds.
The owners are quick to respond if you have a question.
We had great skiing, in spite of the cold weekend.
It is not for those without winter tires (at this time of year)."
