"We stayed with 2 other families and had a great time. The chalet is clean, new and spectacular in a secluded setting. Very close to skiing slopes though!! We really did not want to leave. Chalet still has that new build cleanliness about it. We called the owner about a possible toilet leak and he came down in less than one hour to help us out. We would highly recommend this property! We were able to take hikes, cross country ski and build bonfire right on this property."

"As our family gets older and more numerous, we've been trying to think of a place we could get together with our married kids. This proved to be the ideal spot. A large, roomy farmhouse with plenty of places to spread out and relax. The house is older, but kept very clean and is stocked with everything a family needs: linens, dishes, utensils, grill, excellent stove, refrigerator, air conditioner, laundry facilities, all make for a hassle free stay. You can sense the love and hard work that built the foundation for the current owner who lived here when he was a child. Located on a large working farm with lots of peace and quiet was an added bonus for us. Russ and Fran are wonderful to work with - warm, welcoming, helpful, hard-working, honest and good conversationalists. Our grown-up family all thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Being close to the amenities of Lake Chautauqua, Mayville, Lake Erie etc made it all the more attractive as a place to stay. We are seriously considering a return in the future."

"Just got home from a wonderful weekend at this cozy rental. It has everything you need, comfy beds, towels, DVD players, etc. All you need to bring is you, your clothes, food & beverages. It has a nice yard on the side to sit in front of the camp fire & woods in the back that make the atmosphere serene. The location is perfect, near all the ski resorts, restaurants, grocery store, state parks, Seneca Alleghany casino, Crosspatch horse back riding stables & more.
I can't wait to go back & the owner Joyce is a total sweetheart & a delight to do business with. This is my new favorite place to get away for a night or two."

"We stayed at the chalet with our 2 boys for a weekend of skiing at Kissing Bridge in March. The chalet is a 3 minute drive from the parking lot at KB, yet is in a very quiet and comfortable sub-division. The chalet is clean and spacious. There is one bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor - one of the bedroom has a loft with it's own double bed, essentially making it a 4 bedroom house. Our boys loved the loft and it was definitely one of the highlights of their trip. Lucie is very responsive and the entire process of renting and orienting us to the cottage and surrounding area was seemless.
Thanks Again for sharing your place!"
