"This is an excellent and beautiful home! My family was out for my daughter's graduation from law school at Syracuse Univ. We had 8 adults and 2 kids ages 10 and 11. The home is so spacious that you can still find a quiet spot to nap, read or whatever. The pool table was a big hit among all, as well as playing bocce ball on the huge back lawn. We also took the kids out in the kayaks. The expansive deck was great for having your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Also, my wife and I met the owner who was very nice, and he reminded us who to call if we needed anything (which we did not) during our stay. A short side note, I didn't inform my family about the house or show any pictures. Needless to say, they were all amazed and extremely pleased with my selection!"

"Nice cozy cottage between Cayuga and Seneca lakes. One twin and two double beds. Perfect for families with small kids. There were some board games and books for the rainy day we had. On the nice days, we were able to take the kayak out on the lake. Situated in the middle of the wineries, we were able to travel down the West side of Cayuga and back up the East side of Seneca for a day of wine tasting. During the evening, we grilled out on the deck."

"Judy allowed me to celebrate my 26th Birthday at her adorable cottage and it worked out wonderfully! I couldn't of asked for a better location to spend time with Family and Friends. She was very accommodative
and helpful and I will be contacting her again in the future :)"

"We rented this cozy home for our daughter's graduation from Cornell. The location could NOT be better! Unfortunately (because we were so busy!) we didn't get to fully utilize all of the amenities offered (kayaks, hot tub, BBQ, etc), but having a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the lake was the BEST! Everything regarding the rental went smoothly and the house itself was very comfortable. The refrigerator was full of the owners' food when we arrived, which was kindof odd for a rental, but we worked around it. I had to throw out at least three jars of moldy salsa to make room for our stuff - but hopefully, the owner didn't mind. That fridge thing was my only issue the entire 5 night stay - so I'd say, that was a successful rental. Again, this location is amazing! A quick jaunt up the hill to campus, 5 minutes to the farmers market or anything you could want in town, and not far from everything else this amazing town has to offer! You cannot go wrong with this cozy lakeside getaway!"
