"We had a great time on keuka lake! The house offers beautiful views from the living room and kitchen, making a rainy day still enjoyable. The beach front is perfect for all ages. We have four children under the age of six and the beach toys offered for use kept them busy all week. Jerry was very attentive and quick to respond when we had a question. The only negative (not for all) is the beautiful deck does have about 8-9 steps that can be tough for little ones to do on their own. Our two year old did well with them but often needed adult assistance when coming down. The deck could be tough with a new walker. The dock on the property is also very nice with a wide platform that allowed for two little fishermen and at least one adult lots of space to move around."

"This was a great rental, we had a few couples for a weekend and it provided plenty of space for everyone. The rental was very clean and provided a great location for wine tasting, brewery visiting and a great place to relax. The location on the lake was great, I could see it getting very busy during peek season, but it was quiet and relaxing this time of year."

"Our family spent Easter weekend at this awesome home! My husband & I with our four children, my parents, and my sister were all very comfortable & were blown away by the vintage charm of this home. Wide plank floors, beautiful vintage buffets & armoires greeted us, - lovely decor all around...yet not at all stuffy & incredibly family friendly. I wanted to pick this house up & take it with me.
The house was incredibly clean. When we arrived everything was fresh & inviting. And, everything you can need is provided including towels & sheets...which is plus - less stuff to pack! In addition the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need for cooking in and there were plenty of paper supplies such as toilet paper & paper towels as well.
There is a knock-out view of the lake! There's an incredible front porch with plenty of porch seating. It was pretty cold the weekend we were there. (The lake was still mostly frozen and we woke up to snow on Easter Sunday!) So, we didn't get to utilize the porch nearly as much as we would have liked. But, in warmer weather, we're sure you would spend a lot of time there.
The bedrooms are nice and large. And, the downstairs also has plenty of space to spread out in. The only downside is that there is limited 'lounge around' seating. It would have been nice to have another couch or so. But, we made up for it in spending a lot of time at either the dining room or kitchen tables playing cards & other games.
We've stayed many places in the years that we've been visiting the Fingerlakes. And, this is definitely one of our favorites. And, the off season rate was just fantastic. We'll be back for sure!"

"We would highly recommend staying at this home. The owner, Mike, is great to work with and helped us plan our trip to the area being more familiar with what's surrounding this home. The website does not do the house justice. The views are amazing and the house is immaculate, very well kept and private. There was not one thing we needed beside linens and food.
The sounds of the water crashing along the shoreline at night when we were sleeping gave it an ambiance that we loved. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need and is very spacious. It slept 9-10 comfortably.
Outside, sitting enjoying the back porch was so relaxing, the water was super clean and easy to wade into. At night the firepit and grill were awesome for giving the house a great place to socialize and enjoy the wines and beers from the local wineries and brew pubs, which there are many.
The location is beautiful with charm and so much to do.
We will most definitely be traveling back and can't wait."
