"Huge, heartfelt thanks goes out to Mike Stefkovich for suggesting his wonderful cabin to us! We rented his cabin for a weekend, birthday celebration for my Mom's 80th/mini family get-together. Perfect, private setting with ease of accessibility for my parents. Huge back deck/porch area that overlooks the widespread, private grounds which includes a hot tub and fire pit. Plenty space inside and out. The open floor plan, cool updated kitchen and cozy, family room area was ideal. Situated on a quiet road, we could view Kueka Lake from the front porch and watch the boats go on by. We took in the beach (located just down the road), grilled, played hackey sack, made s'mores, enjoyed a nice fire and my parents were able to sit comfortably and enjoy the family. Again, thanks to Mike for being so generous and accommodating for us! It was a weekend we'll always remember."

"We stayed here with a group of college friends in October. The house was great, the views spectacular and we could not have asked for more. Huge kitchen was a magnet for hanging out, the comfort and views from the main living area was very relaxing and the porch was great for afternoon conversation and morning yoga! We enjoyed the grill, the kayak, and the fire pit. The house was clean, very tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our group of 8. We've already booked for next year!"

"This has been the best vacation property we have rented in the Finger Lakes. The first time we stayed here was in October 2013, we also rented Twix in September 2014 and we will be there again in September 2015. We stayed there with our friends and some family. Being there in October was gorgeous. The leaves were just turning color and the weather was perfect. There were just 9 of us and we had more than enough room. The water was too chilly to go swimming but we were able to use the row boat and the 2 kayaks that were there. My sister brought her 2 kayaks to add to the fun. The row boat can hold up to 5 people and it has 2 sets of ores. We spent a lot of time in the row boat and kayaks and at the fire pit, that weekend. We gathered a lot firewood while hiking. During the evenings, it got really chilly and there were space heaters that warmed up the houses. When we went in September we had so much fun. This time, there were 11 people that came with us. The weather was so warm during the day, that we spent most of the time in the water. Even the dog played in the water and went swimming. There was very little seaweed, it just ran along the shore but once you got past it, it was great. We brought some inner tubes and there were some there, already. This time, we had wood delivered to the house soon after we arrived. It was easy getting the wood to the beach. We barely spent time in the house, but we could get wifi signal down on the beach, which was awesome. Having the 2 houses was great. We were able to have the morning people in the small house and the late sleepers in the big house. And with the amount of space between the houses and the beach, noise was not an issue. We love that the fire pit is on the beach, we had a fire going every day, all day until we went to bed. In the mornings, we cooked breakfast and coffee on the fire pit as the sun was rising over the trees. And in the evenings, most of us would be sitting around the fire as we settled down for the day and watch the sun set over the lake. Some of us used the kayaks and row boat to go fishing in the early morning or in the early evenings. There is a garage under the small house that you can access from the beach. It houses the kayaks, ores, and random floatation devices. It had plenty of room to store the extra kayaks and other random things that we brought. With having 2 houses, a large secluded beach and lots of land to go hiking, this place is ideal."

"We have a good time. Lots of fishing and visits to The Crooked Lake Ice Cream Parlor, Bully Hill for peanut butter pie, several wineries, and every antique shop we could find. The cottage was just the right size for our family of four and our dog. The dog loved the porch and spent hours napping on it. The view was fantastic whether looking out the living room picture window or from the porch. Thank you for sharing your cottage and allowing it to be pet friendly."
