"I rented this property for my daughter's bachelorette weekend. We had an awesome time, the Inn is so homey and comfortable, it is just what my daughter wanted. The meeting room provided and large area for all of us to have dinner together and socialize. The living room was cozy but still had enough room for us to sit and enjoy the morning coffee and afternoon wine and cheese. There were enough beds for everyone and they were very comfortable too. We were in walking distance to the lake and the restaurants. We had taxis pick us up right out side to take us to the wine festival, which was also amazing. The owner was so very nice and accommodating, even when I told her we were stuck in traffic and going to be late arriving. Thank you so much."

"If you are looking for a beautiful cottage that is immaculate and in a perfect location this is it! We stayed here for an annual girl's trip and couldn't have been happier. The home has been completely renovated and is exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens, fully stocked kitchen, lovely screened in porch. Owners were very responsive and generous - and nice! We like to just hang out and decompress from our work but there is much to do nearby if you enjoy exploring. Our only suggestion was to have some outdoor lounge chairs (we were able to bring them as one of the girls lives in the area). Also- if you need the Internet to work the service is spotty at best. My friend was never able to connect with her Kindle and I was able to connect on IPad but it threw me off after a couple minutes. Fortunately I had a smart phone to get email. Otherwise - PERFECT!!! We hope to return next year!"

"The description of this home and property is not exaggerated. It was very comfortable for 6 adults and an infant and could have accommodated more people easily. Each family had their own full bathroom, which made it nice. We had plenty of room to entertain local family members who visited us. The kids were especially thrilled with the hot tub, but the adults got their share of enjoyment out of it, too. Everything we needed was provided in this lovely home, but Watkins Glen was only 10 minutes away if we wanted anything. The new Grist Iron Brewery opened almost across the street on Route 414 and having that so close was a bonus. Of course wineries abound in the area, too. Guests should be aware that you do have to travel about 1/4 mile down a gravel road to get to the home, so vehicles with good ground clearance are the best to use while staying at the house. Regular vehicles can work ok as long as you go very slowly over the speed bump.
There was plenty of room both indoors and out with a huge private lot, deck and a porch. A boat launch was mentioned as an amenity, but you would need to get more info about that from the owner. We didn't find anything usable for that purpose, but we didn't have a boat, either.
The AC was very welcome since we were there during a hot weather week. Nights cooled down to comfortable temperatures, so breakfast on the porch was very pleasant. There were great lake views from one of the upstairs bedrooms and peek-a-boo views between the trees from the lower levels. However, the sunset views were spectacular.
The only downside was the extra fee we had to pay for cleaning. Not sure why that wasn't included in the price.
I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful Finger Lakes vacation."
