"We had a great time for two weeks. Plenty to do nearby and the house is cozy and the kitchen is very good. Our dog loved it as well. Having no tv was a real plus, we played Monopoly and other games with our two grandchildren and got totally connected. Nice setting in the woods, quiet, peaceful and cool. I definitely recommend it."

"This house was exactly what we were looking for, an escape from the hustle and bustle. The home and yard is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The deck is simply fabulous, with plenty of room for our entire family. This house is not just a house. It is a home and it has such a lovely warm feeling. The kitchen is stocked with supplies (we loved the pro waffle maker) and everything in the house is top quality. The owner was so receptive and answered all of our questions. We hope to return soon - so sad to leave."

"Stayed here with my wife, Mom and 2 kids on our trip to NY to visit family. Great apartment upstairs of the main marina building. Plenty of comfy space for all of us after a long, delayed flight. Air conditioning worked well for our non-humidity ready bodies and everything was very clean, including grill, washer/dryer, kitchen and bathroom. Nice big couch in living room and the apartment was very easily accessible with great communication from owner. At the end of the road in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly folks around but also a quick jaunt from the village. Close enough to bike or walk if you're active.
The real bonus to this property is the owner's hospitality. He is often on site and available at the marina and gave us a great tip for a family hike that ends at the river. Our kids loved checking out the boats at the marina and canoe/kayak use is included, although we didn't quite have the time to take advantage (maybe next time!)
Relaxing, low key, excellently maintained, looked after and unique.
Pretty much just what we were looking for!
This is a working marina so there are plenty of parts/boats in various states of repair about the property. We thought this added to the character and uniqueness of the place, although I guess some folks might find that off-putting. Whatever, they can go stay in a fancy b&b for twice the price. I'll stick with Casey's place at the marina!"

"My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful log cabin while attending the HITS horse show. It was located within eight minutes to the show grounds, which was awesome. The apartment in the house was much larger than I expected and was equipped with everything you would ever have in your own home. If we go to HITS next year, I will definitely be trying to book this house again!"
