"My boyfriend, our dogs and myself had a great time at the Little Red Cabin. It is the perfect size for a couple and we enjoyed our nights playing scrabble (provided w the cabin) by the fireplace. There isn't a TV but with Internet access, you don't miss it and was nice to get away from. The cabin has a unique charm and we felt right at home.
The location is great and even with Rt 28 being so close, I couldn't hear the cars/trucks. We've visited Phoenicia before by way of camping but now I think we'll be renting a cabin every year instead. The town is small but has everything you will need if you don't have a car. Woodstock is only a 20 min drive and is fun to walk around as well and there are more restaurants there. Hiking in the Catskills is amazing!
Can't wait to go to Phoenicia next year!"

"Over three sweltering, sunny, sultry, sumptuous Treehouse weekends in July wine berries were ripe for the picking. If you've never had these seasonal berries then you are in for a sweet treat. Whether you gather them by the pint or devour them straight off the vine there's one thing you cannot avoid - Sticky Fingers! I'd run across a prickly wine berry bush or two on every walk, and there's even a bush right off the veranda of the Treehouse. No matter where you gather your wine berries their delicate sweet taste is seductive. Wild Horses couldn't drag me away!"

"For our mother's birthday we signed her up for a class at the Culinary Institute of America and decided we wanted to rent a house as a family instead of staying in a hotel. This was the best decision we made. The drive between the house and the CIA was very easy.
We spent the rest of the time at the house for the most part. It was very comfortable yet spacious enough that we never felt on top of each other.
Marcia was a pleasure to work with from the beginning all the way to the end.
We have already decided we will definitely be back in the future to spend more time exploring the area and will absolutely be staying here again."
